I know you aren't blaming me...and admitted this in the above statement, in a PRIVATE MESSAGE that the atomizer was sent when I said it was sent. The pattern here is that everything that is a public posting is a smearing, but the one time you can exonerate my company, doing and representing EXACTLY what I said, you PRIVATE MESSAGE.

You aren't stupid, throw it in the ocean I could care less, but I want people to know the WHOLE truth not just bits and pieces.

About the post about our cartridge: I don't mind that you don't like our cartridge, it's American made, you don't like it? buy some of the Chinese poison garbage. It's cheaper and you like it more, and it's your right to that opinion.

The post in question is where you write on 8/2, where you derail the Lab Analysis thread, that you didn't receive a refund, whereas YOU PERSONALLY did a chargeback on or before 7/29. I'm not gonna argue with you, I'm just gonna scan and post the chargeback. And then a link to your post...done deal. You are unreasonable, and rather than handle this privately you like to post publicly (except when you have been proven in the wrong as in the above paraphrased private message excerpt). I'm not posting your actual PM, that was between you and me, and I think a violation of the trust I like to have with my customers even if they are former customers with a mutual disagreement with my company.

If my 3 oz electronic cigarette on your shelf is bothering you so badly, put it in a drawer and quit being so melodramatic.

Should i bring this up again that your people or yourself watch this forum constantly and others that I never even heard of. And no i didn't win anything at all. Just speaking my mind as well as others that have questioned you over and over and get evasive answers each time.

I never intended this to become a flamewar at all ever, but you chose to make it so and I'm going to respond.

And yes I am a stubborn sort especially when customer service says I was posting on ECF saying what I thought. Lets keeps things public as in full view not in a PM.

There is a hurricane heading for hawaii and should be here around sunday or monday. Wish me luck....nah thats asking too much.

I KNEW you were gonna get in on this sooner or later. I'm sorry I bit....but I get this chargeback on my desk today....first one in 11 months (first one EVER actually)..... as we always honor our word at my company... and then I remember his post that was dated on 8/2 while the chargeback was dated 7/29. I'm sorry, I lost it, it was an unprofessional moment of non-clarity.

I'm under alot of stress right now....Business has been pretty crazy lately. No excuse, I think I will go for a walk and a vape.... you can do that now without being all out of breath...it's fantastic :)
 
We agreed upon him sending the product back in the box that is currently in transit. I was issuing a refund upon receipt. We agreed and this issue was done. Then on 8/2 he derailed a post via saying he didn't receive box/refund/anything. Well that's because he is in Hawaii and me in Cleveland. I said be patient, and for him to remember that he accused me of not sending a replacement atomizer, which came, just 14 days after we shipped it.

SO, I get a letter from his credit card company saying they took his $111 out of my account through a 7/29 chargeback issued on his end (either himself or his wife, sorry I don't know who)...so basically I'm not only eating his full order refund, and his consumed cartridges, but also the shipping to and from his house in Hawaii. Yeah so THAT'S what a chargeback is....and no we don't refund for used cartridges, but I currently don't have time or type for this anymore...

My conscience is squeaky clean and MANY will vouch for our impeccable service and outstanding product....

Do you not understand why this whole thing looks weird? Do you not understand why there would be confusion over exactly which company a person is dealing with when libertystix is actually processing the payments?

I'm not suggesting that it has the appearance of impropriety or unethical behaviour, I'm suggesting it looks bizarre. On the one hand you represent yourself and your company as a major player in the ecig industry with hundreds of outlets and resellers... and on the other hand you're processing retail payments for some complete unknown out in Arizona. I would ask if you were just drop shipping but you said nationwide buys from you.

Let me cut to the bottom line here: You need to stop doing your own PR. Then you need to stop running purchases through your merchant account that aren't actually your sales, unless they really ARE your sales, but you've denied that repeatedly.

Sir, you are either woefully ignorant or maniacally incompetent. I'm not happy with the suggestion that you are either but I've read your posts here and in other forums and am unable to come to any other conclusion. You're doing the reputation of yourself and your company more harm than good by arguing with people in public. Your endless repetitions of how excellent your customer service is and how many satisfied customers you have sounds more like desperation and wishful thinking than reality. What started out as an amusing little sideshow has turned into a full blown train wreck and I just can't stop watching the EPIC FAIL!

Don't argue with your customers in front of potential customers.

Don't say your customer service is excellent, let your customers say it.

The only person who can make you look like an argumentative jerk is you.

May I suggest you try the Costanza experiment for a few weeks and do the opposite of whatever your instincts tell you to do because whatever it is you're trying to do...
