Hey ECF members,

I'm wondering if anyone out there could help me figure out what kind of business license if any I would need to sell e-cigs and e-liquid (with nic) online in Canada.

Any suggestions are appreciated, Thanks.

Doesn't matter what license you have, Health Canada will shut you down if they want to.

HC has "banned" the importation and sale of ejuice... However, there is a lively internet sales network... if you can check out the different companies... most of them are willing to give some advice to you as to how to get started...

When I was looking at doing it a few months ago, there was a ton of support from the other vendors... however due to the risks of being shut down and me being a single parent, i decided that it wasn't the right time for me to try to take on such a venture solo.

Best of luck to you!!

Business licenses are issued by municipalities. Every town or city has it's own licensing requirements. You need to check with them. Most licensing requirements are also listed on a local municipal website.
