I have the tenergy 3volt 900mah blue ones! and they also charge up to 3.95-3.98 sometimes but these batts are actually 3.7 volt batts with a chip that drops them to normal operating voltage when being underload
Although the tenergy site says they should cut at 3.6 3.7 so is going the extra .2-3 gonna make the difference? in the batt exploding....
