Don't want to see you back to cigs, but you should consider Not vaping until you can take a little responsibility.

Looking for a buzz is not a good habit no matter how you seek it out.

And yes, contrary to what some may say.........ANYTHING that makes your brain go BZzzzz is Bad for you. Repeated trips to bzzzzz land could cause eventual damage.

I think there's a difference between taking in too much nicotine over a long period of time and just getting a buzz off something.

I was out drinking a few weeks ago in a vape friendly pub and I went through like 5mls in no time flat cause I was a little drunk and not thinking about. At one point I noticed that I felt terrible and realized it was time to put the PV away, and the feeling stuck with me for like an hour even though I didn't have a single drag.

On the other hand you have the head rush or the buzz, whatever you want to call it. If I have three big lung inhales off my IGO-L I get a mad head rush from the nic. It's sitting at .6 ohms with a large airhole and the nic delivery is crazy. I don't think that taking a few drags off that is 'dangerous' or ' irresponsible ' at all. If you do that all day, yeah you're gonna feel awful and it's not good for you, but now and then I personally don't see the big deal.

Nicotine is an odd drug in that it can act as both a stimulant and a depressant. Stimulant at lower levels, depressant at higher levels. You can get too much nicotine by smoking or vaping too much.

The first cigarette in the morning used to give me a buzz and I found that to be pretty pleasant. The first vaping of the day does not provide that kind of buzz for me because pure nicotine hits more slowly than smoked nicotine. Tobacco smoke is accompanied by a lot of other psychoactive compounds that intensifies and quickens the effect of nicotine and that provides the fast morning buzz from smoking.

If I get a buzz from nicotine vaping it is because I have taken in too much nicotine. This is the same buzz I used to get from smoking too much. I don't find this an enjoyable buzz because it marks the point where my nicotine level is high enough that it is starting to act as a depressant.

Nicotine is nicotine and not any other substance, no matter how you use it.

But in fairness i think i seek that lightheaded feeling to go back to the old days of spinning out and such. so idk i think ill just vape to calm down a little and have fun so yeah thanks for feedback :)

Congrats on 64 days clean thehoss and keep up the great work! Staying safe when vaping is pretty easy, just don't go out on too many limbs and keep things sane. Keep on vaping and vape happy my friend :thumb:

Congratulations on taking the right step. Cherish every clean day and remember why you went in there and where you came from when times get hard. I'd not worry about the nic at this time, you have a lot on your plate. That's why most (not all) rehab centers allow you to smoke... Let you vape too...
Congrats on the clean time, I'm going on 10 yrs :)

Edit.
I'm not condoning using it to get a buzz for anyone that takes it that way. It's just you try to fix to many things at once and nothing gets fixed...

I too miss the buzz/rush from reg cigs. I am new to eCigs. Bought a dispoible Blu yesterday and got hooked immediatly. Although I do miss the buzz. I had stopped smoking about 5days before and was craving nic. Today i ordered teh Halo G6. Looking forward to trying that out. Great site BTW.
