If you get a headache or irregular or rapid heartbeat or if your fingers get cold, you could be getting too much nicotine. If so, buy some lower nic of your fave juices so you can vape as much as you want.

None of that... I just am feakin loving this. I have a 2nd order from juicyvapor.com coming in at 14mg and a order from avejuice.com at 12mg and one flave from them at 6mg for bedtime. I wish I would have done this two years ago when I saw my uncle (astranged at this time) with a huge mod. He had a mini fridge full of juice. When I wanted to know more he was not talking to me....sucks! I'm sure he could have saved me a ton of money telling me what to buy.

You should take into account how many puffs you take off it and how many puffs you would take off a regular cigarette. It should normally equal out to the same, taking into account how many puffs per hour on your e-cig and how many puffs off a regular one. I am actually taking less puffs from the e-cig but it is almost constantly being used.

I swear I'm vaping way more than I smoked. I don't know if it's because I just started this a little more than 36 hours ago and I'm going through nicotine withdrawal (the carts that came with the kit are 26mg, but the juice I'm refilling with is 18mg, and I was smoking marlboro lights). Maybe it's just that I'm fascinated with my new "toy" and can't put it down? Is it normal for new vapers to vape more than they smoked or even need higher nicotine levels with vaping than they did with smoking? I have to keep swapping out the batteries on my 510 (thank goodness the PCC can keep up). I think I need to try to relax and tell myself the PV will still be there if I look away for a minute! LOL

I know I'm vaping a lot more than I smoked and I smoked for 40 years (literally). It's not that I'm not feeling satisfied as I haven't touched an analogue in weeks.

The difference for me is obvious: I can vape at the PC without worry of gumming up the internals. Before, I went outside. When I watch the telly with the wife, I can vape away to my hearts content without her complaining. I could go on but you get the drift.

With vaping, I simply don't have the restrictions on me I had with smoking. And add to that the fact I am spending less and enjoying it more. It's only been a few weeks but it is the pure freedom to do something I have quickly come to pleasure in without the guilt associated with analogues.

Will it slow down? I don't know but I can say that unless they can prove to me I am harming others with my vaping, life is too short and it's pleasures too few. For most of us here, aren't we just replacing one addiction with another?

That may sound cold but I long ago realized I am a habitual type personality. I think I am still relishing in having found a replacemenmt habit with very few of the guilt trips and side effects associated with analogue smoking. :)

I seem to be vaping like a train, too. However, as someone already said I don't take as many puffs cuz I can just set it down. It's the freedom of where I can vape that truly excites me.... no more going outside....no more toking on someone else's schedule. Haven't had an analog since I started and it's a wonderful new world. You'll ease up, and even if you don't. so what? Take it easy on yourself for a while and just vape away. You've been ridiculed and hassled as a smoker for long enuff!!! As Major said, it's freedom!! You don't need a shrink!!

I know about the addictive personality! I was always glad I was never introduced to ......., crack, ...., ......, etc - cigarettes were my Lays potato chips - I could never have just one
