Absolutely. In series you double the impedance. You'd then have something similar to but less convenient than a High Voltage Atomizer which I'm pretty sure has two heater coils and one very large bridge in one cylinder. Realistically, @ 3.7v, this would probably vape too cool for most people but would be very easy on the battery and would allow it to run for a longer time.

The HV atty have a single coil, the ga and number of coils is what changes. The resistance of 2 510 in this config is 1.3ohms, which draws 3.25 amps, well within the capability of the 185650 battery. The HV atties do not make it easier on the battery, it lowers the wattage within the circuit via higher resistance. HV atties do not last any longer than normal atties.
