I'm glad to see this. I got mine in and did a dual coil (I'm very new to making my own coils) and...I don't know...I'm not thrilled. That very well could be due to user error (and probably is) and thought I'd try a single coil on it today.
i agree. i don't usually mess with single coil much anymore. but i threw on in my Limitless+ and it worked great. i have since put in a dual coil, but i might go back to the single coil since i got a great vape and used a lot less juice.
I got the red one in today. Part of my stocking up for the vapepocalypse....that's how I justified it anyway. Put dual fused claptons 26/36 kanthal @ .25ohms. 50 watts and sucking juice like a madman. I did put one of my Uncrustable drip tips on it as I'm finding I'm not fond of chuff like tips. Flavor is on par with the Aromamizer.
Running great on the vs dna200.

I'm partial to single coil builds. All my Griffin 25 tanks have single. I generally don't vape over 40 watts but have been up to 55 on the single, .4 build I currently have in the Limitless Plus. I have Sicboy MBYC Fried in there and it's lovely. I'd rather save some juice and get more battery life out of my single 18650 mods than do dual and higher wattage. I have drippers for that [emoji6]
Well I suppose I got the original drip tip version for the Plus. It's very comfortable, I hope it didn't change drastically! I've see a green Limitless Plus for pre-order. I'd do a happy vape dance if they make a purple one.
Glad I got the first batch. For me. I don't like "shorty" drip tips. Or in this case, practically non existent drip tip.
I have the First Batch Black, and the second batch Red, really wish they would not have changed the Tip, I like the first one much better, Not a big deal as I still have both, but really don't like that they changed it. Guess I will be looking out for good deals on the chuffs. One that you can pick the color. I seen Fastech will be selling the green and blue soon, so soon they will be here too.
yah, my first batch looks great with goon/kennedy drip tip. it think it might look funny on the 2nd batch since the tip looks a little longer than the 1st batch.

I was already wondering why I got the shorty one just like what I got with the original limitless 24mm, with the difference that I can finally fit my own personal tips on it. Quite a pity as I heard wonderful stories about the first batch tip.
With this adapter in place including my own tips, the hight does increase a lot.
Took off the Griffin tip from the original and placed it on the Plus... It's doable, but it feels exactly the same as the original
Using the adapter only isn't fully satisfying either.
Not sure what to think about it, but using the adapter and my own tips makes it look like an incinerator chimney
Guess I just use the Griffin tip :-/
Nevertheless, I'm happy with the plus, chucked in a dual 3mm-ID 9 wraps alien wire coil @.4ohm and it rocks just like the original, with now the addition luxury of having 6.5ml capacity
I also got some Clapton wire but I'm not sure if this would significantly improve the already great flavor compared to the alien. Not sure either if lesser wraps/smaller ID would make a big difference
Either way, happy I listened to all of your praises here and bought this little cloud flavor monster

If I recall correctly the ultra short tip on the original was a con in general, so that makes me wonder why they would go back to it. I only used my man's Limitless (first addition) occasionally and didn't much care for the lack there of tip. We shall see how the adapter works out when I get him a solid black one. He's not into the printed ones, but I think they look great.
Just got my two limitless plus in. Love the design and ease of bulding on it. BUT, I am constantly getting a mouthful of liquid. Its not the coil spitting. Seems to be the air control blades touching the least little bit of wick and it's drawing liquid into the air slots and I'm sucking it up the top. Running a 3mm spaced coil and wicked it perfectly. Came right out to .48 ohms. I might have to narrow/ compress the coil down a bit and see if that helps.
