You can't really completely stop the air from entering the tank. You can however make it more difficult, even to the point that it takes a very firm draw with the afc closed way down to offset the very low pressure in the tank.

As far as wicking I don't stuff or pack wicktails. I just fold them down and trim them, then wet them and position them into the channels, then put on the tank and atty chamber. Easy peasy.

No offence meant to anyone. I've followed a few threads about tanks leaking when placed on their sides and I just find it rather amusing. I've never had the problem described because, I almost never leave my tank flat on it's side. I'll make sure there's something of an incline or I just keep it standing in the mod.
I treat it like an opened beer bottle... it'll dribble. And when I expect it to dribble all the time, I never put it in a position to do that and the net outcome is... ta-daaaaa! No leaking on it's side.

I Purchased an Eclyp Omni mod belt clip for my mod but using it in some business situations just isn't possible. I like the idea of cracking the code to get near leak-proof results.

Pffffft! I rather leakproof my atty with proper wicking than rely on a dribble-proof case. What happens when you open the case? Grab a paper towel or a handful of tp? Whatever......

Peeps, crack the code. It's not that difficult. Now I must digress, if you're the type that settles on atties that leak in order to vape at "max power output" I can understand that. I need an atty tampon periodically myself.

9 wraps, 20awg Ti, 3mm, slightly spaced and nets .060 ohms.

Great vape with this build. Flavor is just as good as the previous clapton build according to my buds. Reaches temp in about 1/2sec set to 145w on my dna200.

I love all the extra build room in these larger attys.

Hard to believe that more peeps aren't on this thread touting the merits of this genny. The flavor is tremendous, as good as my Aromamizers but with less fiddling. If I had this device a few years ago I could have won a couple of cloud comps here in my area. I mean this thing just chucks the most dense flavorful vapor of any tank I've use to date.

Easy to coil, monster velocity style deck, titanium post screws, easy to wick, easy to fill, easy to align afc, holds over 6ml of juice, doesn't "have to leak" if wicked properly, super flavor and clouds, looks great, comes with perfect fitting screwdriver, spare glass and orings and available for less than $30.00.

Don't vape it in your car with the windows up unless you have ESP.

I love it too, it's my favorite tank. It does slurp down the juice tho, it's thirsty beast.

single coil ain't too bad on the juice. around 50w, a tank is lasting me pretty much all day.

it should, the plug fits pretty snug. snugger than your wicking material should be, that's for sure. i've had mixed results on leaking on its side. of course it will matter how much wicking you use, also on the temps. i had mine leak on it's side a couple weeks ago on a really hot day.

Thanks for the reply madman. I have no desire to go single coil myself but my brother wanted to know before he bought one. He's strictly a single coil/single 18650 mod genny vaper.

lol, i didn't either. i usually dislike single coil builds on an atty that was designed for duals. i love my OG limitless with dual coil. but since this + came with a plug, i figured i'd give it a try, and it has impressed me. i've done a spaced 24g SS316L build and right now just a single clapton. i don't even want to throw another dual coil in because i'm enjoying it so much and using less juice also using 45-50w instead of 75-80w

thanks man. no screw. just coilmaster v1. did a compact coil with a couple of extra wraps. stretched it out and pushed it back until it looked fairly even, and then pulled a wrap out on each side.

Nice execution. Best symmetry I've ever seen using that technique. I use screws for spaced coils and made a winding tool that holds them as well as any drill bit up to 3mm. Nice thing about using screws is that the coils come out near perfect without having to unwind the ends and you can use the screw to hold the coils while tightening the post screws.

Just a little PSA for those that just got their Limitless or are thinking about ordering one. Standard bore drip tips aren't very good with it. I've been having issues for the week that I've had mine where vapor is getting trapped inside the atty and condensing back into liquid. It is then getting cooked and making its way back into the wick, giving a harsh vape. I've just been using the 510 tip adapter as a drip tip and it has really helped.
