Well it's official, the Limitless Plus is an Aromamizer killer. I haven't touched my Aromas for two weeks now and that's saying a lot to me. Nothing could touch my Aromas for vapor density and flavor above 60w except for my drippers. Is there a Limitless Plus killer out there somewhere?

not that i've found. i was a boreas fanboy until i got the Limitless and Limitless+. i still use my tornado nano and avocado 24 from time to time, but find them a notch below the L+.

Me too, only use my +'s atm unless they are being refuelled then anything gets grabbed for a quick vape

Fully agree. Aromamizer supreme was the bomb until this limitless+ came into my possession. Before it reached me I also purchased a crius plus. Both the supreme and crius+ are excellent, but after the limitless+ with its 6.5ml capacity came, all attys are now gangbanging each other in the desk drawer.

A limitless+ killer... Don't see this happen very easily

What lies in front of me now is finding a perfect build. I tried alien wire and Clapton, different wraps, different ID, but I haven't experienced a "this is it!!" - moment yet.
There are too many variables to try

Maybe TC? 20g Ti is working great in mine. 24g Ti in every other tank I own that's res stable.
Moving from coil porn to TC has never caused a lack a flavor for me. It does require the use of a res stable device though and the L+ is certainly a good platform in that regard.

I tried SS 316 on TC and I miss the warm hard hits like what Powermode on kanthal can give me. I did not notice a heavy improvement in terms of flavor either.

....or maybe I should try it again. Maybe it's a fact that SS gives better vape/flavor output.

Not sure that wire metallurgy has anything to do with flavor, I really don't think it does.
As far as getting hard hits where the coil temp ramps super fast TC is better because you can set the initial/max power . For instance, with my L+ I have the initial power set to 145w even though when TC kicks in the mod regulates the power down to 90+100w. Rocket fast firing times. Up to temp in less than 1/2 sec.

I'm a dedicated mtl-er and I build 28g kanthal single coils. Is this a tank I should even consider?

probably not. restricted lunger at best. i close mine down quite a bit and still get massive clouds and flavor. i'm closing it down about 4/5th closed if i had to guess. on single coil mode.

I just picked one of these up this weekend.

It came with two pre-wound coils so I figured "what the heck" and used them. They appear to be 3mm ID. Wicked with same size Silica rope.

    Wholly puffing clouds Batman!

I needed to feed it 60W to get it to produce vapor in a reasonable amount of time and OMG, I really should not of filled the tank with 7mg juice!

Funny, I can take one or two hits AFTER letting loose the fire button - there's that much residual heat in those claptons.

I figure I'll vape (or drain) this tank dry and then rebuild with something much lower mass, say 26-28AWG Ti. (tossing 60W at a build is so out of place to me)

The slots in the deck look like they would fit 3.5 or 4mm rope as the 3mm looks like it has some room. Surely not a tank to lay on its side with 3mm rope installed.

Easy to build, I was up and running with the included coils 15min after arriving home with it. Not sure if I like the Phillips head screws.

Glad you like it @GeorgeS. Keep us posted on which configuration works best for you. I'm thinking about changing to higher awg Ti myself. Throwing over a 100w at the thing is a battery muncher. The screws are Ti and pretty tough. The provided screwdriver is a perfect fit so I had no probs tightening down annealed 20g Ti.

I use 3 mg juice in this thing. I usually use 12 mg in my Merlin and other mtl/restricted DL tanks, and 6 mg in my Crius Plus. This tank kicks way more than any of the others. I can't use this tank or the Crius as an ADV, it's just an occasional puff if I want to see a cloud. Flavor is still surprisingly good for as big an air chamber as this thing has.
