I've ordered nearly all my concentrates this far from this company, and I have to say, the customer service I have experienced had been to notch....So good, that a reply from them I read in the morning before my first cup of coffee.....Well let's say this java addict didn't even need to finish his first cup.....LINDA ROCKS!

I too, get all my flavors here, except for my Seedmans stuff and you're right Linda rocks! I'm going on 3 years now is a customer.
