If I want to charge LiPo batteries like these

I will need a charger like this

The questions I have are
1) If I want to put 2 or more of these batteries in parallel to split the load and multiply the capacity without increasing the voltage, do I need some extra protection or will some resettable fuses do?
2) Can this charger charge those batteries even when there are 2 or more batteries connected in parallel or do I have to charge them one by one or is there some other charger that could do the job better?
2a) Does it charge two (or more) parallel batteries equally or could I end up having one battery full and the other only half full?
3) Not sure how to say this ..... can I connect an atomizer and the charger to the batteries in parallel at same time and take a vape while charging or would that cause problems?
4) Can I keep the charger connected while not charging? I think I´ve seen something like it causes a constant 10mA drain?
