That's what you should be doing anyway. long and light.

maybe Adrenalynn will be putting together some videos on the proper way to suck or use these new cartomizers...

best bet like some of the other ones said is to to take a tissue or a paper towel or something and absorb some of the juice..

not cool to have to do on that on new stuff if you are on the road or something, some like to buy new carts filled with flavor because they dont want to refill..

i dont think its the way im hitting it, blowing them out into a tissue now...

..i mean the espresso was so bad the condom on the part where you hit it was already soaked/filled with atleast two drops of juice, had to whip of the tip before i even tried my first hit right out of the box.

mass amounts of juice are coming out from the mocha carmel frap into the tissue...

if they could of fit a pool of juice into one cart, i think they did it with these two

...maybe a Chinese guy was working double shifts and fell alseep filling them

At least you aren't getting EMPTY cartos!

I'd say that whenever you open a fresh carto, do the suck test before you even put it on the batt. Just suck some air through it lightly - if it sounds a little gurgly, blow it out a bit into a tissue until the draw seems right. Should only take a few minutes in the morning to check however many carts you'll use for the day, and then they'll be ready to go.

Hot juice in the mouth does suck, though. I've overfilled mine a few times and it's a REAL strong incentive to get better at filling!

Posting the same thing in 2 different threads because I think there is a similar issue.

I believe V4L has been switching manufacturers for these premium carts and also tinkering with designs (as they've been doing with their batteries as well).

I just compared the prefilled Pineapple SoftCap Premium that I just got in the mail today (which is one that just burned my lip with boiling liquid) to another SoftCap Premium Watermelon that I got 2 weeks ago.

I noticed the wick material looks slightly different. Mainly the center surrounding the atomizer coil/wire.
The Watermelon has (as the previous hardcaps and most others) has a braided material center tube that surrounds the wire, and around that has a slightly thicker fill material surrounding it then the rest is puffy filling.

The newest Pineapple doesn't seem to have that braided material, instead has a much thicker blanketed material that is wrapped several times before turning into the puffy filling. It looks as though this thick material is holding a lot of juice. And boiling up - instead of completely atomizing the juice, and is spewing some piping hot liquid.

Obviously the 2 I'm comparing, I believe to be from 2 different manufacturers.

Same here with the nuport. Liquid shooting out can see through it but cannot drawn on it. Too hard gets liquid too little does not turn on the battery . The one that was saturated nothing happens except liquid coming on the battery never comes on. I did blow it out and let it sit same thing. It is so weird. But I thought the flavor was more like mouthwash anyways at least to my taste buds so I did not mess with it beyond that.

I had that issue with some RY4 carts. Gave them a quick blow, and they were good to go. It's a good idea to bring it up for quality control issues, to see if something can be done about it re: the factory. But the same issue happens with 3 piece models sometimes. Liquid can sometimes shift during flight.
