I had that issue with some RY4 carts. Gave them a quick blow, and they were good to go. It's a good idea to bring it up for quality control issues, to see if something can be done about it re: the factory. But the same issue happens with 3 piece models sometimes. Liquid can sometimes shift during flight.

:)
I always give mine a soft blow before using before using and after refilling. That way I never get juice in my mouth. Man the whole time typing this I was trying to word it with out someone making a gay joke out of this.

Gotcoffee, forget the gay (or straight, for that matter) jokes. I think they've all been made, on this forum at least. :pWhat I want to know is what is this label in your avatar?!?!?!? Is this thing for real? Or is doctored? I HAVE TO KNOW!
I don't know I get alot of these through my work email. It just made me laugh so I used it for my avatar. I must have a 100 jokes and just funny pictures. By the way my avatar could explain why I am still single.

Posting the same thing in 2 different threads because I think there is a similar issue.

I believe V4L has been switching manufacturers for these premium carts and also tinkering with designs (as they've been doing with their batteries as well).

I just compared the prefilled Pineapple SoftCap Premium that I just got in the mail today (which is one that just burned my lip with boiling liquid) to another SoftCap Premium Watermelon that I got 2 weeks ago.

I noticed the wick material looks slightly different. Mainly the center surrounding the atomizer coil/wire.
The Watermelon has (as the previous hardcaps and most others) has a braided material center tube that surrounds the wire, and around that has a slightly thicker fill material surrounding it then the rest is puffy filling.

The newest Pineapple doesn't seem to have that braided material, instead has a much thicker blanketed material that is wrapped several times before turning into the puffy filling. It looks as though this thick material is holding a lot of juice. And boiling up - instead of completely atomizing the juice, and is spewing some piping hot liquid.

Obviously the 2 I'm comparing, I believe to be from 2 different manufacturers.

i think you may be right....

Same here with the nuport. Liquid shooting out can see through it but cannot drawn on it. Too hard gets liquid too little does not turn on the battery . The one that was saturated nothing happens except liquid coming on the battery never comes on. I did blow it out and let it sit same thing. It is so weird. But I thought the flavor was more like mouthwash anyways at least to my taste buds so I did not mess with it beyond that.

Yeah this mocha carmel frap is completely UNSUABLE and is doing the samething.

Too hard gets liquid too little does not turn on the battery...

ill try one more order with them (maybe being that contacting customer service did absolutely nothing to help ) ...

if it happens again, im done with vapor4life and will find another vendor.

I've experienced this one, but I don't really have a problem with it. Like a previous poster said, "At least you're not getting empty cartos."

I'm a manual battery convert, so I don't have to worry about the draw activating the carto. With a manual, you don't even have to blow out an over-filled carto, just hit the button and draw real slow for the first few hits.

I see where this could be an annoying problem for anyone who uses autos exclusively, but I for one, hell, I just don't mind at all.

You couldn't be more correct; we are the proving grounds. Couldn't pick a better group for research, if you ask me. Considering that we are all better off without real smoke strangling us, a little patience won't kill us while the kinks get ironed out of the various models. I'm in for the long haul :)

i just feel my situation should of been handled better, outside and on this forum. it seems these vapor4life people do backflips for some of there customers on here but others get left in the dust. i dont know, maybe my 65 dollars spent in the last month or so inst valued enuff for them. maybe if my account was hundreds/thousands spent id get treated the same.

Maybe...JUST maybe, it has something to do with the way you have approached the whole situation? I would have found myself feeling a little defensive had I been approached the way you did this topic. Maybe a more respectful approach would have resulted in a much better outcome for you? just my opinion, and you can take it or leave it.

There are 3 different vendors that I won't do business with again. If you are that unhappy with V4L, go find another vendor. There are plenty out there.
V4L doesn't fill the cartos. They can't check them all before they go out. The majority are fine, but they are filled by hand and human error is unavoidable. I always pop open my new carts. If they look a little dry, I top them off. If they look too full, I try spinning them to get the juice back to the bottom ( gravity is real and these are not shipped upright). If they still look too full I take a q-tip and soak up the excess. It's pretty simple.:)
