I don't know what the term you pro's use is, but how do I not get that liquid strong taste in my mouth?? lol.. But SERIOUSLY.. I bought two joye 510's and (one mega 510 batt and a ego aty)<<I love that combo its orgasmic. And one of my 510 aty's does great with no liquid and seams it doesnt "sizzle" as much, but the other atty, same one joye510, seems like its spraying in my mouth. I know it's prob a juice over flow but I would appriciate some tips on this!! And the real term you peeps use:) Thanks soo much. Does everyones atty's sizzle a lot??? My ego doesnt sizzle as much and I prefer it like that.

I VAPE straight up and down, and draw very slowly, otherwise you'll end up with a mouth full. I've only found one juice that actually didn't taste horrible being administered orally, but I still try not to do it, it was honey VG from mist-stix, wasn't to bad on the tongue, actually tasted kinda like honey, well honey that made my mouth all tingly, but honey non the less.

I have found two main reasons for getting juice in my mouth; overfilled cart & drawing too hard on a freshly filled cart. With carts on my 510/ego make sure to wipe off the two flats on the bottom of the cart before putting it on the atty, these tend to get a build up of juice on them and if wiped off once in a while pretty much eliminated the juice in mouth problem for me.

Yeah, we call that "not getting the juice in our mouth"
It's a technical term.

FWIW, I vape with my ego-T kinda diagonally like this -> /
mouthpiece side up, battery side down.
I tended to do that with my 510 as well. I found gravity was just at work as any "wicking" going on in the atty was.
Gravity is your friend
(or your enemy)

i used to get this with carto's from time to time ---- now only when i over fill it

of course i switched from 3ohm over to 2.4ohm cartomizers <----- dont know if the hotter burn has anything to do with this or not? -- or if it was just the batch of carto's

i always PTB mod my cartomizers

=============================
Had that problem a couple of times a day (probably due to hard, fast draws and my own carelessness) with everything (atomizers, cartomizers, vapemape, drip tip, etc) until using the Ego-T Tank System in the last week...not happened since I switched to that, so that alone made it a 'winner' to me.

my inferno tanks kept leaking on me cause i place in pocket all the time --- now i got two attys i dont use -- maybe i need to pull the wicks up a bit cause they flood like crazy and waste so much juice :(

thats why i went back to the 2.4ohm cartomizers

I've found getting juice in the mouth to be instrumental in figuring out nic strength on horribly labeled bottles...

the worse the burn the higher the nic lol

Re carts - don't overfill. And try juices a bit thicker than 100% PG if you're using 100% PG. Give some 70pg/30vg or around there a try. It's a bit thicker. And for standard size 510 carts try the precut blue foam stuffing at strictlyejuice.com (super cheap precut pieces). If you are dripping with a drip tip, try a short shake vertically down to move the juice down the drip tip to the atty.

Carts are a PITA in many ways and that's why most people end up dripping and/or using cartomizers. I like Boge 510 soft-cap cartos on my 510 devices. Standard resistance only for the slim batteries, standard or the hotter LR ones on the fat battery models like Ego or Riva etc.

BTW don't use low resistance attys on slim 510 batteries. If your Ego atty is LR it will eventually kill the slim battery. People have tried. The electronics in the slim batteries are not designed to handle the higher current flow.

I've gotten some Pyrex drip tips this week which lead me to the answer (most of the time).

When you take a drag, you let go of the button at the same time you stop taking that drag, that leaves the "smoke" fog in the chamber. That is condensing in the chamber so you are getting that condensation in your mouth. To prevent that from happenining, when you let go of the button just take another drag or two without pushing the button that clears the chamber.

It took me almost 2 years to figure this out! Hope this helps! I've not gotten another mouthful of liquid since I figured this out.

I use carto's with a drip tip as well. If you don't take that last drag without the button pushed down it will leave vapor in the chamber of the drip tip. That will build up over time and you will get liquid (condensation) from the drip tip. You can clearly see the vapor left in the chamber of the Pyrex Drip Tip. I've taken a q-tip and run it through the drip tip chamber and it comes out the color of the juice you're using.
