I am sitting here having a drink watching TV and not taking my eye off the TV I start getting horrible hits from my Pro tank 2 (I rarely every use). Without looking down since I am in auto mode I start screwing off the tank to pop the atty out. Bam my whole house smells very sweet. (cohort on this forum let me have a bottle of 2 liquids he mixed together) So I look down and my mvp, pants, and the floor got to taste the last of the mix. 
2 devices I do not use all that much at all but, a rare night I did not need 20+ watts I run my kayfuns at. (t5 battery is charging and to lazy to change it out)
Thank you juice people for taking my credit cards. I have 15 other bottles of juices at least laying around.
If you wonder how I could do this... I cheat on the kayfuns and just fill from the top 90% of the time. Habit

I've had this happen twice (both times my fault) when unscrewing my T3S off my ego batteries. (I unscrewed the wrong silver collar)
So I can empathize with you.
