Might try to use considerably less juice and add more often. By that I mean, use only a little bit more each time you notice the flavor drop off. Always carry a paper towel or something similar, using as needed.

Do you think maybe putting a very thing seal around the lid would help keep the liquid out? IDK I am really useless on this issue. You should have enough posts (maybe?) to post in the modder's section for the leaking of liquid around the lid.

I really would like to see a pic of your mod! I always am so envious of those who have the know-how.

I will have to take a picture. It is a great mod and works well. My only issue is when opening the lid to change the battery there is always liquid around the inside of the lid and I have to wipe it off. I don't know, it just seems to me that the liquid should not run out like that. It seems to me that placing a seal around the lid would make it worse because right now the liquid has a place to run to.

Ahhh, ok. So, have you tried using less juice when refilling or dripping? For instance, I use an lr306 at 3.6 to 3.7 volts and drip exclusively. When refilling, only three drops are applied each time. If any more than that is used, there is that pesky leaking issue. Either way, I always have a paper towel or something similar nearby to wipe up any excess.

I am using this in the same manner as others I have purchased and they didn't have leakage. The problems with the ones I purchased is the switches would go bad, unit would short out, etc., and I was spending a fortune on replacing them and went through a lot of frustration. Other then the leakage, my mod is much better then any I ever purchased. It is reliable and provides a nice hit of vapor. I use the Joye510 LR Atomizers. If you have the problem also, maybe I just am adding too much E-Liquid.

That sure is true. There is a possibility that is the issue but I have tried from two different vendors. The issue isn't bad enough to make me change anything on this e-cig other then try to rectify that issue. It just would be nice if I didn't have to wipe the liquid out of there from time to time. I have been using the same e-cig for months without any other issues and the good thing is I have spares made.

I think the 510's just leak. I have been using them since June with all the variables-cartridges, dripping, modified carts with straw and spring, with straw mod alone, with spring mod alone. I don't overfill the carts, I drip 1-2 drops at a time when dripping...they leak. I've tightened them snug. I carry mine around my neck on a lanyard and have the spots on my blouses in testimony. I don't know how to fix this either...just commisserating with you. If anyone knows a fix....I am listening too.

I just ordered a Riva 510 kit. I hear that they leak also but that the cone holds it in so it can be cleaned and not ruin my clothes. Time will tell. Anyone who owns a Riva/Ego care to comment with their experiences....or is that thread jacking? If so I can start a new thread.
