Liquid Strength?

If that is the case, Is it possible that a supplier has an exclusive contract with a manufacturer? If not, how can a supplier have a liquid that no one else has?
If you order often enough and large enough you can request a unique flavor be created, just like you can request a specific color for an e-cig, or to have your company logo added to it.
Would that flavor be exclusively yours? Would the manufacturer have the right to sell that flavor to another supplier? I take it that it would only be a handshake agreement between the two because I don't believe any patents would be established.
Will this be done under sterile conditions?
There are some in China, maybe three or four. There is one in the US, one in Spain, one in Germany and one in France.
The only check I've heard of is when Wicked had to have nicotine levels measured by a lab for regulators in the UK. I believe they found the amount of nic claimed by the manufacturer.
My question would be this.
If the highest nic level is 36mg and you are adding either flavor of pg/vg the how could it still be 36mg which leads me to believe that the is really no such thing as 36mg other then no falvored liquid.
