I am so impressed with the customer service at LiquidXpress. I had ordered a small bottle of their Naked juice because I wanted to try my hand at mixing. After trying a few different mixtures, I was really disappointed in what I'd come up with. I knew it wasn't the juice, but that I was doing something wrong. I posted some questions about the problem I was having and Rob at LX sent me a PM telling me that he'd be glad to help me over the phone if I'd like. I sent him my number, and he called me and talked to me for over an hour, answering a ton of questions that went way beyond my juice problems. He talked me through making a new batch, and I am so much happier with what I have now. Nice throat hit, good flavor, and so much more enjoyable that for the first time I vaped rather than smoked most of the day yesterday.
The interesting thing, though, was when I told him how much I appreciated his help and that I planned to order lots of his liquid in the future, he encouraged me to not limit myself to what he had, but to try different blends from a variety of suppliers. It was obvious that his goal was not just to sell his product but to make sure that I enjoyed vaping and had fun with the whole thing.
It sounds silly, I know, but I have found the process a little bit intimidating - especially when it came to mixing. It's not like me at all, but I think it's because I want so much to make the switch from analogs to full-time vaping. Just talking to him made me relax, and now I'm really looking forward to mixing and matching until I find my perfect blend.
Just a side note: Before I ordered the Naked juice, I had sent a PM to a supplier who is widely recommended on this site with a question but I never received a response. Lucky for me I wound up ordering from LiquidXpress.

I have experience with LiquidXpress as well. I placed my order and no sooner did I close the paypal window and the phone rings. It was Rob asking me about my order. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I got the DIY kit and it came in the mail in two days. Really xpress shipping. Then about a week later he called again to make sure I had no questions about mixing or vaping in general. That's good customer service. He really does care about his customers. I will always get my supplies from LiquidXpress.com Thanks Rob!

If only that kind of customer service existed in the real world...can you imagine if a doctor or - better yet a politician - was that interested in making sure we were happy with their service? The world would be a much better place.:cool:
