@font-face { font-family: "Cambria"; }p.MsoNormal, li.MsoNormal, div.MsoNormal { margin: 0in 0in 0.0001pt; font-size: 12pt; font-family: "Times New Roman"; }div.Section1 { page: Section1; } I just received TV’s Atomic Cinnacide and dripped it directly onto my atomizer. Shock! Horror! After vaping it for a while that big red gum taste wouldn’t go away… I cleaned the atomizer, blew into it, and dripped different liquids onto it to no avail. And since I’m pretty new to the scene (and just bought an ego-t) I didn’t think of purchasing additional atomizers for the ego.

Now I’m about to purchase some juices and would like to know if anyone knew from experience what e-liquids need their own atomizer?

Thanks!

I've found that dark nicquids have a tendency to hang around more than clear nicquids. For example, Clove, Chocolate, and Coffee type flavors. I can sniff an atty that has used those and know what flavor it was. Some clearer flavors can be rather strong and hang around as well such as Menthol and Cinnamon. These are the only ones that I have experience with so far. Most of the other flavors I have tried are fruity based like watermelon, apple and cherry. All basically clear, no lingering taste.

Yep, anything menthol or minty will hold that taste for a long time.

Another one is Pina Colada. I think its the coconut that makes it so residual.

You can get the flavor out of the atty by cleaning/soaking the atty in 91% iso alcohol and let it dry over night. For the cartridge, just pull the filler out and rinse it in warm water and let it dry.

99.9% of everything you get from Gourmet Vapor. Vodka soaks, boiling, baking, rinse & repeat, let Godzilla blow through them, rinse and repeat... you can suck straight air through them and still taste every waxy nuance. Tried every destructive, last-resort way of cleaning them that I swore I never would try and still no luck.

Also noticed a lot of the alcoholic beverage flavors -- fruity mixed drinks, rum, beer, champagne, whiskey -- like to hang around and cling like that jobless friend from college.

OT - Phroge, that's an awesome avatar. I miss that game hardcore. Dwarves FTW!

The avatar is my L65 Guardian named Dinger on Meneldor. If you haven't played LotRO in a while, you should come back to check things out. Turbine has gone to a Free2Play model that has character/quest restrictions, or you can be a VIP, meaning you pay to play with all access. Also, new major xpak coming in the fall.

TV Kretek has some type of flavor in it that makes it darn near impossible to get out of an atty (I think it's honey?). It smells like .. old socks. I've started using the isopropyl alcohol soaks on my 510 tank attys to clear that.

Pretty much anything with mint/peppermint/wintergreen also seems to hang around for a while.

Never had any problems with the fruity/bubble gum or alcohol flavors.

I use 306 atties almost exclusively... 95% of the time.

I've found that a thorough hot water rinse is all that I need to change flavors. Rinse, blow it out, rinse, blow it out, etc... then let it dry on a fan overnight. If it gets caked up with funk and doesnt work as well, a dry-burn takes care of that...

Works with mints/menthols/cinnamons too... even super strong flavors like Bobas

I second the nomination for Kretec. I kind of like the taste, but the flavor does hang on to your att. Plus it is the only liquid that my wife won't allow me to vape in the house. She says it smell like I have been chopping weed with the weedeater.
