Not to try to take any business away from Monique, because she rocks, imo... but if you live in CA and buy in CA you have to pay sales tax... if you buy out of state, you don't. As a backup for you, I'd recommend Rocky Mountain Vapor.

+1 PM sent regarding the same last night

Will every supplier who lost there paypal account please PM me.

I have gone over the acceptable use policy and it is not a violation of the policy.

Paypal is currently holding over 4k of my funds with no release for 180 days because when I first got the letter I tried to withdrawal my funds and they considered this suspicious activity. My account is now frozen with over 4k in funds. This is insanity.

Their email to me states " Under the Acceptable Use Policy, you may not use PayPal for the sale of prescription drugs that violate applicable laws or industry regulations or for products that present a risk to consumer safety. PayPal considers the marketing of a product and may restrict transactions for products marketed to act like or function the same as a prescription drug.
PayPal also may restrict transactions for recalled drugs, unapproved drugs and dietary supplements that have been banned by governmental agencies."

However our products do not fall in any of these categories. As nicotine is not an unapproved drug nor are they banned by governmental agencies.

Please contact me so we can team up against paypal. I need my money back this is insanity.

Ebay never sold ecigs,
One guy, got them on somehow, he got around the system.
I tried listing ecigs on ebay like 3 months ago, they do not allow, anything that involves or deals with cigarettes. There are how many suppliers.
there are how many that got canned, the percentage is small, do the math,
trust me I dont like paypal.
but theres no sense to worry about this until we have more evidence, like a bunch of suppliers losing accounts.

I bought ecig starter kits twice on ebay.
I bought replacement RN4081 batts on ebay $5 free shipping.
I bought eliquid on ebay more than once.
Every ecig ebay purchase was in USA.

I just looked up a receipt where I bought 60ml eliquid for 32.99 free shipping on Feb 2009.

I was disappointed when ebay removed ecigs.

Sorry, I didn't mean to come off harsh. I just don't think it's productive to call Paypal terrorists when they haven't taken a public stand yet.

Ah, but do terrorists always take a public stand, or do they create havoc and do damage silently?

How easy is it for Paypal to take the pi$$? I was reading through this thread and on one page a large google-sponsored ad appeared at the top - see below!!!!!!!!!!

Paypal MerchantThe fast, efficient way to accept card funded payments on your site.
www.paypal-business.co.uk

Googlebots scan sites for content and will hit them with 'related' adverts, just as anyone using gmail/googlemail will see adverts appearing down the right hand side of the page that uncannily seem connected to the email your are reading!!!!!! You should try it, send a few emails using gmail to a friend and ask them to reply with both of you using certain words such as 'birthday gift' or 'car insurance', then watch the ads appear for related sites. You can have fun by inserting words that bring up some 'interesting' sites! There should be a new name for this - I'll christen it
SPYSPAM

I think it needs a separate thread OUTSIDE so I'll take it there.
The bigger the company the easier it is for them to remain faceless and rip whoever they want. Power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely.

One good payment handler is NOCHEX They offer a range of services with reasonable prices.

To play Devil's Advocate, if I was trying to win a lot of new business from suppliers who had been dumped by Paypal I would discourage members from listing names and encourage them to contact me directly. That is not any kind of accusation but merely an unbiased observation.

Ebay had thousands of listings for ecigs and liquids so I don't know where that idea came from?

I wonder if they're only shutting down the suppliers that are not registered with the Secretary of State as a corporation, thus most likely hiding income from the IRS and State governments. Maybe they leave suppliers alone that have legitimate businesses that are incorporated like they should be. Just a hunch, any thoughts?

I'm not sure about this. I believe some of the companies suspended from PayPal use were, in fact, LLC's.

I am sure about this and that's not the case. PayPal is shutting down all PV suppliers one by one.

And that is their prerogative. What sucks is that they can get away with freezing funds for 6 months unless you fight them tooth and nail.

Read the letter they're sending to suppliers and note the stance they're taking sounds like they got it from FDA talking points.

Any good supplier will have another convenient payment method quickly. What worries me more is how much longer the FDA will allow them to sell at all.

I just ordered from JC and just like you said, they are no longer using Paypal. When the Heck is this stupidity going to end? I also just tried to order from Myfreedomsmokes and Google is no longer taking transactions for them. I guess we're gonna have to pick up the old trusty telephone and do it the old fashioned way.
