I bought some stuff from litecigusa.
Got a USB pass through that was DOA and They forgot to add another item to my order.
I emailed them and they had replacement items in the mail the next day...
Pass through is great...only problem was the other item was the wrong item..lol
I e mailed again and asked them if they wanted me to return the wrong item. Nope
Sent me a new correct item the next day..
I give litecigusa. 2 thumbs all day
