Litecigsusa doesn't replace damage itemes with new ones!!

Buyer beware this company has some nerve!!! Litecigusa sold me a ss vmax that I used for 2 weeks exactly... the unit started smoking from the inside and smelling like burt wiring while I was vaping it one moning with my coffee.... I thought it was going to blow!! I proceeded to contact the supplier with the problem I had and they advised me that they were going to send me a replacement unit.....well today I got my unit back and I immediately noticed some brown specks all inside the battery cap it look like dirt.
I took a closer look at the unit and after examining the unit it wasn't hard to tell that they have sent me the same unit back with badly solderd wires you can actually see brown solder stains with a clump of flux or solder under that cap just by looking down in the unit..... they scratched the voltage display from the inside, its a small scratch but never the less it wasn't there when I sent it to them...most manufacturers offer a 5 month warrenty on the vmax so I dont understand what would possess this company to open the unit attempt to repair it them selves and send it back to me as if it was a new replacement......it made me think that maybe it wasn't brand new to beging with. never heard of a unit burning out in 2 weeks, not a vmax anyway!!!....so always buy from a company that takes care of there customers with manufacturer warrentys like CCV... dont deal with douchebags like litcigusa!! Save yourself the headakes!!
