I assume those are electronics standards, although they are impossible to read. Do they really mean anything? Every e-cig I've purchased has CE and RoHs certification, supposedly. Does it just mean they're not likely to burst into flames the first time you plug in the charger?

yea pretty much it just that i had them an i figured if anyone wanted to see them i would post them for all to view.
