Yeah, that's the same battery my RedDot scope for my AR15 uses. You can get 'em at the dollar store for cheap ($0.33 FRNs each), I usually have 5+ of those in the case for it. You won't be vaping with that.
There may be some bigger types out there, I just don't know of any. I thought Rossum might know offhand, but I guess he vamoosed.

I think there are some AA, AAA lithium batts out there, but I've never used one. At least in the USA we have a decent lithium mine in Nevada. I'm a big fan of the 18650, it's a good battery.

As far as the trade war goes, it's kinda stupid to outsource your manufacturing to another country. Tariffs alone used to finance the Federal Govt before 1913. It's quite a different world now, but heck, at any time a comet or asteroid could come crashing down.

These aren't natural lakes......

Those are impact craters. The little stuff doesn't matter, except staying off the stinkies.

Sure they are. Comets and asteroids are part of nature. Plummeting Chinese space stations sent to crash into the U.S. in retaliation for trade restrictions on the other hand...

Sadly, there are those who think that.

Rossum is quite right, "batteries" (tariff heading 8506) are not the same as "electric accumulators" (heading 8507). Having said that, I'm with China on this one. Tariff wars work both ways and the WTO would firmly support any country in imposing retaliatory tariffs against the US for its ridiculous behaviour.

Rather than ridiculous behavior, some such as myself, consider this as a long over due reaction to China's trade policy and couldn't give a flying fig about the WTO.
And your opinions of the tariffs are more properly found in the "Outside".

The "Outside" like in the "real world" maybe?
It's a sub-forum intentionally buried several levels down, where contentious discussion of topics like politics and religion is allowed. It could also be regarded as ECF's own "Fight Club". ;)

Thanks for that bit of education, appreciate the heads-up much more than the slap-down before. I'll give that sub-forum a pass and will refrain from any further statements which could be interpreted as challenging US moral world supremacy.
