little chuck is 3.5" chuck is 5". Jeff quotes 2 week production time, but has been producing them quicker than 10 days

It has taken 2 weeks for each of the one's I have ordered. I did have all of them customized. I believe if you just want a Chuck in the colors shown on the site w/out customization it only takes about a week. They are well worth the wait though. I have 3 now and don't use anything else.
*Be sure and order your batteries before your Chuck, about a week, they take forever to get.
