Sorry guys and gals. Haven't been on here in awhile due to the nice weather that only lasts a couple of months where I live. This is hardly the way I want to pop in on the forum, but customer service has unfortunately been less than helpful, and I think a little confused as to the nature of my ticket.
Oh yeah . . . there's a question in here somewhere. Does anyone know what juice would taste like if it was without any flavoring, or had too much PG in it?
Three of the bottles from my last order were devoid of taste and had this flowery, dusty, chemical smell/taste to them. They were Kamel, Parlament, and Green Tea. I tried shaking them---didn't work. Honestly, I've never had Parlament and Green Tea before, but I've had Kamel, and what is in that bottle is not Kamel. Period.
Like I said, I tried to go the CS route, but I'm not getting that top customer service I'm used to from V4L. The person handling my ticket just keeps stating company policy/quality control, and seems to think I don't care for the flavors. That's a bunch of BS. I've had a few flavors I didn't like, and bit the bullet, but there's def. something wrong with these. I even offered to send them back no questions asked, and was told that no company would take back juice because someone didn't care for the flavors. Again, that's not my complaint---he's not getting it.

Thank you though---this gives me a chance to follow up. I didn't bother before because I felt like I was kinda being a whiner, and was reluctant to post this in the first place.
