Alden, dahling...... as you now know, I gave it over to ........ no, I'm not gonna tell you what I did with it!

Within about an hour of < coughcough >, it was totally incomprehensible. Since that time, we cleaned it up (several times), but as it stands now, it's anyone's game. There are far too many to deal with, and welp, my Goddess of the SS term did endeth.

Fortunately, you retain Goddess status in other milieu...

On the KFL's.....I use the same trim and paste method as Andria, BUT I started making 3mm coils. Nary a dry hit since IF you make sure the channels are not covered before you button them up. (3mm 28 ga A1 7-8 wrap usually at 1.4-1.6 ohms.) I think its a universal assumption that with the 3.1's and the Lite V2's that more cotton at the wicks is better.

Used to use 2mm and it was hit/miss.

I also leave the bottom of the chimney unscrewed 4 turns on re-assembly and after putting the tank back on it leaves it about 2 turns out.

Some of the clones have shallow channels.

I've noticed the KF6 and that looked interesting. It also takes atlantis2 coils plus has the rebuildable deck, but I'm not sure what I'm looking at.

I didn't realize SM released a KF6. What happened to the KF5?

Wait, wait... A Kayfun that takes clearomizer heads? I've only been gone for 5 or 6 months. What have I missed?!?

The Tilemahos looks to be a solid contender for Tootle Puffing. It has a sort of Taifun deck. The Nebula Wine looks interesting; something of a STM. I've been considering a Bellus but think I want to stick to a native single-coil device. The Pico isn't my thing. The Kayfun v6 looks interesting but it's 88mm tall; taller than my brand new 75w TC mod. Nice looking mods though. I wish they had more reviews...

Svoemesto released K4. Nothing after that. The Tobeco is a 1:1 clone of the Kayfun 4.

Kayfun 6 from FT is, um, Kayfun styled. ;)

Unless you purposefully purchased bitcoin, I sincerely doubt you have any. And perhaps it was Paypal's decision not to work with FT, not the other way around.

I have a FT wishlist that's been sitting dormant for over a year. I have never purchased anything there. I've just never really seen the need. Often, for the things I've purchased, Stateside vendors have been competitive and often less expensive. Yes, I generally wait for sales or "deals of the day" but perhaps that's why I still have empty space on my one vape shelf. I have made two purchases from Angelcigs because they have a US warehouse. Perhaps I'm just a spoiled brat and refuse to wait 3-6 weeks (or more!) for delivery.

ETA: According to FastTech's FAQ these are the accepted forms of payment (unless it's not up to date):

FastTech securely accepts the following payment methods:
  • VISA
  • MasterCard
  • American Express
  • Discover
  • PayPal <------------------Look here Kat =P
  • e-Check, Debit Card, and EFT (through PayPal)

Well, I had to go look up 3mm, since I use drillbits to wrap my coils, and they don't make those in mm, at least they don't have metric drillbits in home depot -- I looked, and the only way I could get metric drillbits was to buy a whole set of 'em, which I don't need. 3mm is a HUGE coil; I'd be a lot more afraid of a dry-coil hit with something that fat. When I first got a KFL+, I used 7/64 drillbits (2.778mm), and I had the same result, no dry hits. Later I switched to 3/32 drillbits (2.38mm) and I find that I really like those better; 7 wraps around 3/32 gives me roughly 1.7Ω, which I find to be perfect at 9w or so in my Achilles, 10w in a KFL+.

Right.

Lemme explain. Fasttech accepts those payment methods listed above--except when it doesn't. For some odd reason, it depends on what you're buying. For instance, if you want to buy any Aspire products, your only option is Bitcoin. Don't ask me why. If you don't have bitcoin, you have two options--buy a gift certificate (a very complex transaction in itself, but I figured it out eventually) or buy something else at a similar price using PayPal and then immediately cancel your order--you'll be issued a gift certificate automatically. You can then use that GF to pay for your Aspire product. :rickroll:

Like I said, don't ask me why. Just do as I said. Or order locally.

I agree. I make 2.5 ID coils, ~1.5Ω, 29g kanthal. Perfect for Kayfuns.
