Are you using the 18350 one or the internal battery one? I just bought 2 18350 models and I don't know what kind of battery to use, any suggestions?

I have the 18350 model. I am using a couple of types of batteries, awt imr 800 mah 10.5 amp, and brillipower imr 900mah 10 amp. I got them from imrbatteries.com. I really have not used them long enough to have an opinion yet, but so far, so good.

Hey poke! Your choices are limited for 18350s. I believe that AW still makes the best.

I won't use anything but AWs over 10 watts. Well kinda sorta cuz I got a couple of purple efests in rotation until they croak but under 20 watts.

Hard to go wrong with the AW 18350.

BTW, I have had a grand total of 1 AW battery before. It was a dud. Maybe a counterfeit or something.
Besides the higher amp batts I got from imr, I did get a half dozen of the 97 cent efest 800mah that were on sale.
I can confirm that they don't last very long. But hey, the price was right. I only vape at 8 or 9 watts so no big deal.

It is small but I think it is the perfect size. I find it exceptionally comfortable in use.

I'm using the purple Efests. I bought 2 a long time ago because they were only 3 bucks each. I just threw them in the cart when I was buying some other sale stuff. One came with the mod so I have 3 altogether. I vape no lower than 1 ohm at about 12 watts with them so I'm not worried they will go thermal.

I will take your advice. What kind of screws are they, anyway? I can't see that well, but they look like torx or allen, I can't tell. Maybe need a drop of loctite or something.

They are Allen, I might glue them in if it happens again.

With the clearance code at VapeNW it comes out at less than $20. (25%offClearance) is the code. I have one. I like it. It does not feel as solid as the kbox mini (your favorite I know ) but it works really well, and has that center 510 pin that Ms. Darling loves. It is also extremely light.
