After Aug 8, no new products will be allowed. Two years after that, only "FDA Approved" will be legal to sell - and that will be, basically, nothing but a few cig-a-likes. So long term supportablility should be a factor for stateside vapers.
A lawsuit has already been filed in federal court, and I'll bet that a temporary stay will be issued while it is adjudicated. Too much damage to small businesses will occur if put into place before the case is heard.
But, I donno.

Right now in Indiana they have an egregious set of rules that clearly favored political friends of the legislators, yet a motion for a temporary stay was denied. You never know what a court will rule until it happens. I hope there is, especially as legislation such as the Cole-Bishop amendment moves through the system. It could be a good argument to present to the presiding judge as irreparable harm could be done by enforcement while legislation remains pending, but again, who knows.

Yeah, it is high on the list. My first mod was a Evic VT in racing yellow and I'm tempted to replace it with the new model since the 510 died on my original. The screen on the old one was already pretty awesome but I love the added clock & date on the new one.
I just can't stand the black button and rocker switch on the new model, it really changes the look for me.

No, we are dealing with our own restrictions here in Europe at the moment but it's not as drastic as what's happening on your side of the pond.

But I've been expecting this for a long time, and have been preparing for a long time... but all the still smoker's who might have switched to something at least 95% less harmful won't be allowed to.
I agree. I think most of us who have been vaping for awhile and are members of forums know what has been going on and have been able to prepare. But the current smokers and ones who are just in the process of switching? They don't stand a chance if this does not change. I have a good friend who is trying to switch and I am helping her all I can. She is listening and buying her own equipment . She will buy some nic to put in her freezer, so I am happy to make her juice and if she gets in a bind I certainly have enough to share!

The Cuban embargo has been active since before I was born, but that never stopped online vendors from getting me my sticks from Havana (when I used to smoke 'em). I'm not worried about it.
I did. It feels good. It works well. I like to squeeze. I like it, because I like to squeeze. It's good exercise for the forearm muscles. And it's heavy. Good exercise for the biceps.

I like to squeeze too. I have 3 mods that squeeze. 2 Presas, 1 Rolo RX75 and 5 istick100W TC. I'm also up to my eyeballs in debt thanks to the Figgin Department of Ashes.I'm surprisingly liking the Rolo. I thought the door would be a pain but it isn't. The only problem I have with it is most of my attys have an AFC (airflow control) and it's kinda hard to turn it when only a half of it is exposed. Other than that I really like it.

I got my Evic Two Mini today. I didn't want to say anything until I knew VT got his. I'm really lovin this mod. I love having the clock on there. Every time I fire the mod I get a digital clock with date & time. Then after a few seconds the un american clock comes on and stays on for however long I want. I love it because I don't wear a watch and I always have to dig out my phone to check the time but I always have a mod in my hand when I'm out and about. Oh and it performs well too and is comfy in my hand.
