I have the Nano...I close the air WAY down, at about 12w's...works perfectly (for my needs). Taste is fantastic too.

Thanks, inspects.

All kidding aside, I don't understand that sub-ohm, high-wattage, cloud-chasing, lung-inhaling craze. I don't want to go back to smoking. Whatever happened to tobacco harm reduction and all that? Aren't we all going in the wrong direction?

Subtank 1.2Ω coil after two days at 18-20 watts. pushed several times to 45W, no more than 10 mins of use in total. Not advisable.

I rest my case.

You mean rayon, not dacron, I think.

Yes, my bad.

Sleep is overrated. Get one of those Sia wigs and party on. If you doze off, no one will notice ;)

I'm on it. We shall don the Sia soon, KTM. ;)

clnire, I had your rendition in my head, but am a bit under the slow today. (not feeling super dooper)

Must edit, and thank you, dear one.

Oh dear lady, I hope the sandman did his magic last night and that you are back to your spunky self this fine day.

Does it tighten more than the mini sub? Most MTLs complain that that the draw on the mini is still too airy for them. And that the vapor gets hot. Yikes.

Those coils look really easy to both rewick and rebuild. I'm still hoping Kanger will make OCC coils for Aerotanks. They were supposed to be interchangeable, originally.

The SubTank Mini & Nano tighten up pretty well. It was easy to set the AFC to half the single hole which was about the same as a KFL+. The temperature of the vapor is in direct proportion to the watts dissipating in the coils. To warm/hot? Turn the power down. The OCC heads are easier to rebuild than Kanger BCCs & BDCs. You can rebuild them at practically any resistance you desire. Not having personally tried different builds in the SubTank, I can't offer any specific suggestions.

People are different and have different expectations for the vaping experience. One size does not fit all. If you have the ability to test drive a SubTank at a local B&M, it should answer most of your questions.

On a side note, maybe I'll try to pick up a cheap Aerotank. The newest BDCs look to have potential for rebuilding...
