@Katdarling (and everyone else, too), to get a link for the sheet without it converting to media, type:

The Itty Bitty mods Spreadsheet

and you'll get

The Itty Bitty Mods Spreadsheet

Will using the "LINK" button in the Reply box do the same thing?

(I only ask because I'm not sure what it's used for...since C/Ping a link works fine without using the Link button.)

Nope, that was the problem that Kat ran into. Xen automatically converts linked content from a bunch of sites (including Google Sheets) into Media. That is why she couldn't post a link. It automatically embedded.

Semantics. Call it whatever you want, but 20watts on my old istick is way hotter than 20watts on any of my other devices.
It's not semantics, it's statistics. And it's way hotter because it's not 20 watts.

OK, I think I got it. It's hotter than 20watts, but it's not 20watts, and it's not more power than 20 watts...and this is statistics.
If you want to understand, I'd be happy to explain, or point you to an explanation. Or just enjoy whatever setting you enjoy. All is good!

I completely understand the difference between RMS and MEAN. When I said I like that "little bit of extra power", you facepalm'd me and said "it's not more power"....it IS more power, sorta.

edit: Sorry, I appreciate your attempt to educate everyone on how these devices operate, but something in your tone rubbed me the wrong way. Pardon the interruption folks.

Good morning everyone ! Wow, what a weird experience with the spreadsheet!

So a day has passed and I guess I'm the only one admitting to adding onto the sheet, but on my own behalf, I don't remember hitting any buttons other than 'file' and when I saw the 'save' was greyed out, I stopped and posted here asking what to do. So my exit is timestamped. I've never used Google sheets, but I do have experience with Excel and QuickBooks (if that says anything). I didn't try to sort or insert or anything other than straight data entry. If I somehow inadvertantly did something to mess up the sheet, please accept my sincere apologies, but I really don't think it was anything I did. I'm here to help, not to harm.

I don't think any were deleted if the count is up to 99 without anyone entering more mods. But it is weird you saw the first entry at line 23, Aldenf. I could have sworn the entries began with line 13 and ended with 70. The line I started on was line 71 with Aolly. When I finished the last "m" device I was listing, line 71 was 'gone' and the spreadsheet skipped from line 70 to 72. I re-entered the aolly on line 85 as a placeholder, thinking to come back and start with my 'nn's .

Thanks, David. 85 lines is how I left it.

I don't know if it helps, Bill, but there was only one istick on the page when I started adding devices. It was above line 12 which had a yellow heading, making it seem like the spreadsheet started with line 13.

Anyhow...I'm glad @Katdarling was able to fix whatever was wrong. As I told her, if the entries are up to 99, and I left them at 85, then I don't think anything was deleted.

-----

To another subject, one thing I have a question about is pricing. If you look at my entries (which only have height filled in), I listed the lowest price I could find for that device. Which may or may not be wholesale. I don't want to mislead a newbie thinking they can get a 100w XYZ mod for say $32.87, or upset a retailer for that matter by exposing his retail price is 3x wholesale. So how should pricing be handled? Double it if it's not from a stateside retailer?

Thanks and hope everyone has a great day !

TTRP, I can almost guarantee that whatever happened had ZERO to do with your additions. Let's not even worry one minute about it. It's an open document now, so things can and will happen, but this is NOT on you, in any way, shape, or form. :)

As far as your questions/suggestions about pricing, once again, because this belongs to all of us, whatever is inputted, is.... welp, inputted! Feel free to change it, but there are no rules or regs on it.

@Katdarling (and everyone else, too), to get a link for the sheet without it converting to media, type:

The Itty Bitty Mods Spreadsheet

and you'll get

The Itty Bitty Mods Spreadsheet

Thank you, Turtle One!! My only issue is that I have strong doubts I'll remember to add in the and the single quotation mark. Darnit. Perhaps the software will go thru yet more changes to make links behave as links, rather than media. I'm hopeful anyway. Did this work?? ;)

If someone had told me year ago that Innokin would release a 60W device that fires down to 0.2Ω, with a built-in 4500mAh battery for under $80, I would have called BS! Since the release of the iStick series and other competition, it's much more believable however. It's still on the big side and more expensive than much of the competition, but Innokin has always made quality products. How much are people willing to spend for Innokin's quality? Where will the Coolfire 4, at 40W, fall in line?

Innokin MVP3Pro, in stock for $79.50 here:

Don't get me wrong my MVP was one of the first "box" mods I ever got and the MVP2 and I loved them! But when they went to adding the cheesy charge cable and gave it a funeral director styling I have shied away :(

I hear ya, mud! I don't need my APV to charge any of my other devices. It's kinda gimicky. But one of the biggest complaints I've heard/read from users & reviewers was the lack of an integrated cable. "The charging feature is useless. How many people carry a micro USB cable around with them when they're out and about?" Innokin addresses the issue and now the other side complains. Innokin can't seem to win for losin'. I don't mind the cable tucked in the bottom of the device. If it breaks, it's cheaply and easily replaced.

My biggest issue is its size: 4"L x 1-3/4"W x 7/8"D (101.6*44.5*22.2mm), which I'm sure is required for its (probably) higher quality Li-Po battery. This is easily a 3-4 year device before the battery dies. Everything in vaping is still a tradeoff. An individual should purchase what is important to her/him. :vapor:

Good points, and as verification my original MVP still operates flawlessly. It was only replaced when lighter more stylish replacements became available.

When I got my first iStick...I PIF'd my 3 MVP2's because they felt like bricks!

The MVP 3 appears to be even bigger...and heavier!

Yup, bigger and heavier is why I will not be purchasing an MVP3 in either variation. I am looking forward to hearing more about the Coolfire 4 however.
