What does it do, exactly? No atomizer error? Is it possible the center pin has been pushed in by over tightening or some such calamity? If the problem is lack of connectivity between the mod and the atty, you should try one of these:

Circuit Board Spacer | Madvapes

You just drop one into the 510 well and the connectivity is restored. :)
I bought a couple of those and have no doubt they work great! Just not in my case. :( I dropped my istick 30 one night, and while it continued to work the rest of that night...it never has again. Everything lights up...but the atomizer shows 00.00 no matter what. I've tried cleaning the well, teasing the center pin up (I know it's a "floating" one...but thought if I was gentle it wouldn't hurt and might help. Nope.) So I got those circuit board thingys. Such high hopes, but alas. There must be more wrong with that istick than is within this humble vaper's ken. Glad I got them though. There might be a time where they are just the thing.

Devices must be in the ON condition for operation...
Yes, before a town painting they must be ON.
After a town painting you shouldn't be able to tell the difference between ON and OFF. :w00t:

They are the thing when your problem is connectivity--the pins don't touch, for whatever reason. Nothing else. :)
Oh...I know. I was just hoping that the failure of my coils to fire on the iStick 30, that got up close and somewhat violently intimate with the hardwood floor, might just be a situation as you describe. I had hoped that the head and the body simply didn't meet, and needed a "go-between" in order to make the connection. Sigh. Oh well.

I can't decide between:
Ipv3 li 165w
Ipv3 150w
Sigelei 150w tc
Wismec reuleaux rx200
Snow wolf 200w tc

What do you guys think??

As far as I know, they are all good choices. You've done your homework! :)

I'd probably get the Sigelei myself... or the Ipv3 li 165w...

The Snow Wolf is very popular, but do you really need 200 watts?

Hi, Alden! Long time no see. :D

I haven't migrated into temp control yet, so I'll let others chime in on that one.

Hello in here, Alden.

There are so many nice mods on the market right now. It really depends on how much power you need, whether you need TC, replaceable battery? Too many choices.

Thanks, Katya. I noticed the plethora of options currently. 75W is plenty, replaceable battery is preferred, TC would be great as long as there is a normal power mode, on the itty-bitty side is needed. I'd look at a 200W mod if it was the right price. I still can't see myself using more than 30W, however.

Well, you just described the IPV D3. :D

The Evic VTC mini had some early glitches, but it comes with upgradeable software.

Istick 60 is not quite itty bitty.

The Sigelei 75W is a good mod, too, I hear.

I'm sure others will chime in--I'm a very low-wattage person so I really know very little about those high-end mods.

I would vote for Sigelei mainly because they are well known and have produced reliable mods in the past. They used to come with a year warrenty but I guess they've dropped that. I was looking at their 75w mod but I don't know if it has step down, kinda doubt it. The price has sure been nice.

I don't know much about the other brands. I'll take reliable over latest any day. But that's me. p.s. nix istick anything.

Oh My GAWD! Linda, I forgot all about that thread!!!!!!!!!!! That was one @DPLongo22 and I did, on a lark one nite!

PEBCAK: problem exists between chair and keyboard. :D

That is a thread deserving of a revival. I bet we could add a few new things and no doubt it would help out newcomers. Where is it?

Thank you, Katya. The error and problem were fixed...... the minute I removed "Dumas" user error from the equation!

I had been using a Vape Prod in a tank on it, and (blush blush blush) didn't realize that the little end piece of the Vape Prod was still on the connector. After trying about a 1/2 dozen tanks, it FINALLY dawned on me that there was a HUGE gap between the connector and the tank. And you guys know I have a severe case of gaposis, so I was horrified. Why such a huge gap, KD??

And there ya have it. My stupidity often knows no bounds.

A successful nite of town painting is definitely not knowing the diff! Everything's welp...... just "ON". ;)

WHO do I spy??? ALDEN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Welcome back (where you belong), kiddo! VERY happy to see you here! :D

I'm not seeing a bunch of deals this weekend. I did run across this,
Heatvape Defender VV/VW Mod
keep poking around and there's a few more things like mini nemesis for under $5.

Not a bad price on the 25w, aik. I've come to prefer the 50w at this point, if only for the swappable battery alone.

That is a thread deserving of a revival. I bet we could add a few new things and no doubt it would help out newcomers. Where is it?

Here ya go! Have at it. It's a public spreadsheet.

Acronyms - What does THAT mean??
