The first I heard of it was when I was doing my usual vape window browsing and stumbled on a site that had a big notice across the screen saying they could no longer ship to Louisiana because of the new law. I've heard a few people grumbling about it since then.

Just a second, let me go check. I know someone that lives there. Let me run ask them what their experience has been. BRB

I have visions of caravans heading to Texas and Mississippi to pick up stuff to bring back. Kind of like when people live in states that won't allow sales of "real" fireworks (the kind that go up) like here in FL. They all just trot off to SC to get them.

(husband reminds me that the law against the "good" fireworks has been loosened. You have to sign a "waiver" to buy them, I think.)

Well, I may have been wrong about LA. The one person that answered me so far says she's had no problems. The other person hasn't answered yet. I think she has a doctor's appointment today.

I'm starting to feel like I'm imagining things. I so wish I had done a screen capture and saved the links to those posts!

Hi gerrymi! You have a good memory. ;)

Thanks for the list! Im glad I went with the VTC Mini. It's on the smaller end of the spectrum. I'm looking primarily at VW use. I'm also hoping to get some TC experimentation in. SS is intriguing me. Any advice on the VTC M?

It's a good gauge. I focus on the first two - which affects the grip and it also depends on how each person holds the mod. :- ) I find the Joyetech VT, for example, Size: 47*25.5 (*85.6)mm, too wide. Whereas the 22-25mm x 35-39mm about right for my hand and the istick 21mm x 32mm a bit too narrow. In height - anything in the 77 to 86 range - nice. Over 90mm not so nice :- ) ..but again not as crucial as the width and depth. Rounded edges are a plus.

Still, the list helps narrow down a choice.

The SS setting is tuned for SS304 on the VTC Mini. Any other type of SS will have a different TCR.

Just so you know.

I agree, Kent. Finding what works for us is the goal. Early on in the thread, we had to decide just what defined "itty bitty". We chose the rough dimensions of a pack of analog kings as the litmus test (23x45x85mm, if I remember correctly). Beyond that, readers have to find what feels good in their hands. The thread was started shortly after the original iStick paved the way for tiny, relatively high-powered devices. Now we have 75w, TC mods in the category. What a difference 11 months make! It's a great time to be a vaper; at least until the FDA Has their way.

Thanks VT! 304 SS is in my notes. I'm on page 99 of the VTC M thread now. Should have device in hand by tomorrow or Friday. Gotta nab some CLR heads, Ni200, TiGr1, and 304 SS. Trying to find 6-10 foot samples of each to start with. Looking forward to playing again. :D

Don't get put off by the folks in that thread that have had problems. There are lemons, but the great majority of these devices are just fine. And there are many who's problems involved head-space.

It's a revolution. I equated it to the eGo revolution as to how it changed the industry. That's what happens when the FDA isn't involved - innovation, creativity, better quality and lower prices (in general - exceptions noted :- )

All of that will come to a complete halt (even reversed to before the eGo revolution) IF the deeming 'as written' is implemented. All the joy eliminated as well as the health.

So true. Lemons get too much attention - good to know about, but that's about it. It's why I rarely look at the 5 stars (fanboys/girls) and the 1 star (competitors or those with a problem not related to the product) in amazon reviews. :- )

If there's a 'repeatedly mentioned' aspect/problem in the 2,3, and 4 star reviews - I move on.

I used their contact form and submitted the info, didn't think of phoning because it's late in the evening (well, after normal business hours)...

Just wondering how you're making out with MFS. I've always had good experiences with them. Hope that holds true for you! :)

I wish I had done a screen capture of that site. But, I have also read a 2 or 3 people complaining on ECF about it, like they've already had some experience with it.

Well, let's ask Rotowoman too then. BRB.

Do WHAT?? What did I miss? I've been ordering online just fine without issues. In fact, I just got in all kinds of vape mail from three different sites on Monday of this week.

Thanks for getting back to me!

I guess that's it then. Assuming you ordered from out of state, I'm full of it! I still swear I saw it on a vendor site and that I read the complaints on ECF. Maybe it got repealed or something? Either that or I may need one of those special white coats.

Sorry for the misinformation folks.
