Kinda hated to "like" that one....but yes, I fear you are correct. I think the thing that got me was deeming EVERYTHING vaping related (VG, flavors, etc.) tobacco. Seems like that would be impossible to enforce, though....

Similar bills have been cropping up all over. Yeah, how a battery can be tobacco escapes me as well....

And your toaster has resistance wire in it, and does occasionally produce smoke, so......

Recently posted in this tread (I think) were pictures/descriptions of 2 Mods that looked pretty interesting (based on their [slender] size)...the ATHENA-15W and the Nano-N4 35W.

But when I search to maybe buy one (or both) of them on Vapecrawler...I get "No Results"...
