So, the pearl came. Really want to use the cerotank with it so I added a bit of dazzle! Now just need to find a better drip tip...

The hill that consists of the same size mod, internal battery, non innokin? :) Anything like these of similar or better quality come out yet?

Internal - Defender 25/36W. Threading (and hold) still better than the istick.

External batt - I like the Kbox mini but I just picked up a Kbox mini topbox that now has the kanthal TC controls. Same size mod as the Kbox mini - 75W (which I don't need) and TC for Ni, Ti, SS, kanthal/nichrome. Spring loaded center pin..... sweet vapes but others carry it. Top loaded (Subtank - SSOCC coils).

When my iStick-TC40W and Wismec Presa-40W are sitting next to each other...the Presa looks like it's slightly smaller than the iStick.

and

When my iStick-TC40W and Wismec Presa-40W are sitting next to each other...I find I pick up the Presa about 80% of the time...because of its incredible "hand feel" and its amazing Fire Button.

I let my hand decide which are my best mods. It's consistently smarter than my eye or brain.

Ty, GERRY. I always see the 40 saying it has 2600Mah, does that hold true?

I have a Wismec Presa 40w but, for some reason, I don't care for the way it feels in my hand. I really thought I would love it. I have long skinny fingers so that might be the reason. I suppose I would get used to it if I used it more. It's also much heavier than my iSticks.

It's built like a tank though and the vape is great.

Well r77...all I can tell ya' is that both the iStick-TC40W and the Wismec Presa-40W are listed as 2600mAh.

(I could charge them together at the same time to compare how long they last...but as I said...I'd pick up the Presa MUCH more often than the iStick...so the time comparison would not be valid... )

Thanx for the "gentle reminder" gandy...

I do...too frequently...tend to forget to close my posts with "YMMV"...

(After 70 years of having the "time of my life"...I still each day...multiple times...have to mentally remind myself that..."There are people in this world different than you!!!".)

Yeah, but I wouldn't have to argue as much... and I should not have to argue at all as I am always right...

A friend of mine once said to me "The world would be a better place if everyone was more like me" and he was serious.

Alas...the LED light doesn't light on the fire button of my new blem Provari! I really don't care, but wondered about the low battery warning...since the paperwork implies that it and the button lighting up have something to do with each other. So I wrote ProVape about it, and yep. It's a "functional" thing and I have to send my baby back.
Getting it packed up now. (sniff sniff). Guess it'll go out tomorrow. (heavy sigh).

Are you trying to enable me? Is that what this is? Vaping was supposed to be cheaper than analogs. I'm trying NOT to spend money as there are some really cool APVs forthcoming, both announced and un. The PlayDoh, Kanger squonker, BB and a number of SbS are screaming for my attention. And the darned Provi 2.5, which wasn't even on my radar, wags a $30 price tag in my face like a cheap street-walker on 11th Ave. The last lady who tried this had no front teeth and promised me things I didn't even know were possible. Can the Provi 2.5 live up to that? :D:lol:

PS. I passed on the street-walker...

Nugget 50W TC Box Mod by Artery Vapor $33.99

    Artery-Nugget-Box-Mod.jpg

Here’s a great deal on the ultra compact Artery Vapor Nugget 50W TC Box Mod. This mod is tiny!

    Overview
The Nugget is designed by Artery Vapor and is one of the smallest box mods ever made. In fact, it’s even a little smaller than the Council of Vapor Mini Volt, yet has more power and features temperature control.

The Nugget is constructed of stainless steel and is available in silver, copper, bronze or black. With dimensions of just 55.5 x 31 x 22mm, it is extremely portable and perfect to take with you when you’re out and about. Its design features rounded edges to make it both stylish and feel great in the hand.

It’s a tiny box mod, but don’t let that fool you. The mod is capable of firing atomizers up to 50W and is temperature control capable in the range of 200℉ to 600℉. Temperature control works with both Nickel and Titanium coil heads and with atomizer resistances all the way down to 0.1‎Ω. With these specs, it will certainly be capable of firing your RDA or sub ohm tank.

The mini mod is powered by an internal 1000mAh battery which is chargeable via the USB port. While you can only chain vape this device from 30 minutes in power mode to 1.5 hours in TC mode, it is passthrough capable so you can simply plug it into any USB port and vape while it’s charging. The USB port also allows for firmware upgrades to keep up with future technologies. From what we’ve read, if you upgrade the Nugget’s firmware now, you will also be able to fire stainless steel coils in temperature control mode.

At the top of the Nugget, you will find a stainless steel 510 connector with a gold plated center pin to ensure maximum electrical conduction and atomizer compatibility. For a small mod, the screen is relatively large and features a vertical 4-line menu with displays for current mode, battery level, current temperature, current power and atomizer resistance.

Overall, if you are into ultra compact box mods, you should probably give the Nugget box mod a try. It may be the best ultra compact box mod out there today. And, at this price, it’s a no-brainer.
