Got a Kbox mini platinum today thanks to DP's extended posts here. I keep dropping my painted ones on the concrete and asphalt and chipping the paint. Hope the SS holds up better. Plus I needed a mod to match my SS innokin Apex.
Don't know if I'll ever use the TC mode but nice to have one now. Weight difference to other KBMs is negligible. Screen is bigger. No button rattle. Plus you can shave with the battery door.

Overview
The Nugget is designed by Artery Vapor and is one of the smallest box mods ever made. In fact, it’s even a little smaller than the Council of Vapor Mini Volt, yet has more power and features temperature control.
The Nugget is constructed of stainless steel and is available in silver, copper, bronze or black. With dimensions of just 55.5 x 31 x 22mm, it is extremely portable and perfect to take with you when you’re out and about. Its design features rounded edges to make it both stylish and feel great in the hand.
It’s a tiny box mod, but don’t let that fool you. The mod is capable of firing atomizers up to 50W and is temperature control capable in the range of 200℉ to 600℉. Temperature control works with both Nickel and Titanium coil heads and with atomizer resistances all the way down to 0.1Ω. With these specs, it will certainly be capable of firing your RDA or sub ohm tank.
The mini mod is powered by an internal 1000mAh battery which is chargeable via the USB port. While you can only chain vape this device from 30 minutes in power mode to 1.5 hours in TC mode, it is passthrough capable so you can simply plug it into any USB port and vape while it’s charging. The USB port also allows for firmware upgrades to keep up with future technologies. From what we’ve read, if you upgrade the Nugget’s firmware now, you will also be able to fire stainless steel coils in temperature control mode.
At the top of the Nugget, you will find a stainless steel 510 connector with a gold plated center pin to ensure maximum electrical conduction and atomizer compatibility. For a small mod, the screen is relatively large and features a vertical 4-line menu with displays for current mode, battery level, current temperature, current power and atomizer resistance.
Overall, if you are into ultra compact box mods, you should probably give the Nugget box mod a try. It may be the best ultra compact box mod out there today. And, at this price, it’s a no-brainer.

Oh yes. I prefer the nugget any day over the mini volt. Battery life is too similar to pull hairs and find out for sure, but the nugget charges faster, and is alot more user friendly.
It "does" have an auto shutoff, but you can turn it on in 10min increments(10,20,30,ect) up to 90 or just off.
Also, personaly think the battery gauge/bar is more accurately displaying "current state of battery life" on the nugget compared to the Mini volt.
It's not "itty bitty" but I got this today and it's very nice, and under $100. 
Anybody going to VCC Tampa this weekend? I am going Saturday. Would love hook up with anyone going. Heck, I am actually HOME to go!

$72.99 takes this off the table for me. The mini volt was less than $30 when I got it. I like the Nugget, but I prefer the form factor of the mini volt because it is covered in "carbon fiber" and not a straight metal. Although I like the look of metal, I don't like the feel of it so I always wrap metal mods or use a silicone sleeve, I don't have to do that with the mini volt.another mini, i never heard of the company untill now. i just seen the "ad" for this ontop the forums viewing via mobile
