Get the CF. VapeNW isn't much for standing behind their products, if you have a problem.

That said, I would try again and explain the issue. I've heard some guys get things replaced/refunded after 2 or 3 e-mail exchanges.

I'm so sorry. Have you tried contacting Wismec/Joytech/Eleaf directly to tell them that their vendor is not standing by their product?
