One thing I like, is it's much easier to see how much voltage the battery will still deliver by switching to bypass mode than with the Provari. Real quick and easy to do that and change back to wattage mode. I've been recharging when it gets down to about 3.7v, but I'm wondering what would be best for battery longevity. I've read before what would be ideal, but can't remember. Would it be around 3.6?

Battery voltage will fall off from full (nominal 4.2) fairly quickly, settle around 3.8 for a long time. I typically swap around 3.6. But as long as you don't try going below 3.2 (and most regulated mods will shut down about there), you won't hurt them. But with lithiums, charge early, charge often. No worries.

Wide (22 or 23 inches) and short would be ideal for both P2mini and Pico.

Wouldn't that make the Pico a bit top heavy?? :lol:

At first, I was squeezing the Pico to fight gravity when holding it up for vaping. Somehow, without realizing it, I had begun to hold it (and the P2.5mini) with my pinky on the bottom, allowing me to hold it very loosely when vaping it. That also allows me to flip it around and use my thumb on the button comfortably. So, no longer awkward feeling.

Yes this is what I like about small mods, the Pico or my favorite the KSD Vamo 25 watt. They fit in my hand and are secure without gripping them at all. I mostly thinb fire FWIW. The width has to be correct though and these are for my hand. :) Enjoy!

Well you could put the 1.5 ohm coil in (or build a 2.0 - 2.5 coil) and just adjust your wattage in your pico to suit. The coils that come with the Cubis Pro are .25, .6 and 1.5, so get some extra Clapton 1.5's

They're also shorter than any tank I have except the GS Air MS's which are only 2ml... They're the same height but the MS's are 19 whereas the Cubis are .22. and unlike the GS Airs, and most of the kangers, you can fill them up to the top :- )
Does the 1.5 fire well at 5 watts? Is it slow to heat up? I have an evod glass with a dual coil that works well down to 5 watts, but slow when lower than that. The single coil kangers have been working great, even down to 3 watts.

Nic, don't get hung up on the numbers. Just adjust to taste. Different types of coils and juices will have different requirements, even for us light tootlerists.
I like the taste of unflavored most at very low wattage. There are other advantages of very low wattage I want to take advantage of.

In my limited experience with different types of coils, they give very different feels to the vaping for me, so I'm hesitant to leave my trusty single bottom coils behind.

Good to know you engage in light tootlery. Seems like there are a lot who do on this thread.

Hmmm, I guess I can't go bigger than 22 or 23 milimeters. Oh, well... so I'll have to refill more than once a month...

Arabic numerals -- any of the numerals 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9. Arabic numerals reached western Europe through Arabia, replacing Roman numerals, by about AD 1200, but probably originated in India.

The mod I have it on goes to 7W and it heats from there. Perhaps a bit slow but while it is two wires wrapped (ie.Clapton), it's considered a single coil. As are the others available for the Cubis Pro - except the 'Notch' which is a new configuration for coils - ie not really a coil. :- ) Unfortunately that's below 1Ω. I'd like to see them make one at 1.5..... no wrapping, just replace the cotton pad that sits around it! It's that type of innovation that the deeming will kill.

I think innovation will continue, maybe on a smaller scale just with the rider added "can not ship to US addresses". Torture.

My poor doggie girls. Heart wrenching to see them trembling in fear. :( But hubby & I are their thundershirts, we hold them tight until they calm down ;):)
