Always interesting to read other people's thoughts about mods I already own...

I scored a VF Lite awhile back...and replaced one of the Wismec Presa's in my Home Rotation...

It is a "quality" mod...and very "well-built"...

But...after 2-3 weeks (to make sure it was functioning OK)...it went into my back-up drawer and I pulled out the Presa that it had replaced....:headbang:

..

haha - that's funny cuz I use my Lite sparingly (don't wanna risk the lil guy)
and I beat on my Presa 75 because I kinda don't care and it just proves to be a workhorse...

Vinnybagodoughnuts???? That's the funniest handle I've ever seen.

I haven't seen you around the forum before. Welcome to itty bitty-ville. :p

I knew it would be nail polish remover, I just knew it. I'll try the warm soapy water. Thank you. ;)
if you are on the road,, a little gasoline,, at home you could use olive oil/any oil/vasoline.. it wont all come off but will be softer on your fingers.

because...? Just curious. Just got my VF Lite and I like it. Still want a sleeve for it though.

Don't have a Pressa (yet). Currently eyeing an SMY DNA 75...

[Edit: Just decided the DNA75 is out. Probably. :D]

Just poking my head in the door to say "Hi!" and let ya'll know I'm baaaaack. Sort of, anyway. Got the Big Move accomplished and am safely ensconced in upper New York state and liking it fine, so far! Big time different from FL. And that is a good thing. Been here since June 30.

I have taken a shine to the Eleaf Picos and have gotten 3 of them. Plus 3 Heatvape Defenders and my lonely little Provari. I, of course, came to realize the wisdom in developing a stable of replaceable battery mods. I have more than just those...they are just the newer devices I've acquired in the past few months. Okay. So...glad to be back. Missed you all!

tm of case, for "next" time with the stupid glue? Use a knife. A small one. ;)
(followed by coconut oil)

That under 100$ 'stick yabaloney is deeeeeeeeelicious! Love the drip tip!!

Pokes, the KF Fatty appears to be 24mm, I think. Here is the link to the ones we got which, as DPL mentioned, are now discontinued. I guess they ran out of stainless steel screws.

Oh, you got hit by the same storm as me yesterday afternoon. That was a wicked one.

We had the storms a day earlier than you I think. I was looking out my window and "guessed" 50mph winds.....turns out they were more like 68mph. A tall pine tree outside my back porch literally BROKE OFF about 15-20 feet up....the whole tree just broke in half and fell down.

Now, we are having 104+ heat index for next few days, although that doesn't feel much different from our "usual" summer weather. I mean, once you are past 100 degrees you really can't tell the difference.

Hot is hot. Downed trees are always a problem by me. I've had big trees go down (one time a maple toppled, pulling the whole root with it) but fortunately they always miss the house. What does get annoying are trees downed elsewhere that take out the power. They're pretty good at get things restored, but sometimes the damage can be bad enough for a full day or two before restoration.

Since you all had so much fun with my super glue dilemma, here's another one for you.

The magnets came out of the battery compartment on one of my mods. I found them stuck to the compartment door magnets. I got out my trusty bottle of super duper glue gel and glued the magnets back into the battery compartment. After it dried I put the door back on and it wouldn't close. You guessed it. I had the magnets in backwards. I completely forgot about polarity. Stupid, stupid, stupid! :-x I feel like a blonde and I'm a brunette. No offense to any blondes in here. ;) I was so proud of myself for not getting any glue on my fingers. Now I have to get the magnets out and they are NOT coming out. My plan is to use a hair dryer to melt the glue holding the magnets in the battery door. Think that will work? Any better ideas?

I hated clicking like on that. What's the battery door made of? You would need an awful lot of heat to get that unstuck. You could try dripping with nail polish remover. It'll soak down and eventually get it out.

Edit: What Vinnybagodoughnuts said.
