Got my Hana One in today. It is indeed light and compact and it does indeed fire if you put any pressure what so ever on the face plate in the area bellow the fire button. This is a great big fail to me. I can never trust putting this thing in my pocket without the stupid 5 clicks to put it in and 5 clicks every time I take it out. Other than that, I like it.

Interesting Capt....I tried your "tip" of pressing on the face plate below the fire button...but my ONE appears to only fire when I press the Fire Button...

(I can...in certain situations...see an advantage in having one with your "larger Fire Button".)

As for Out & About...although the Hana ONE is noticeably lighter than my eGo AIO's...they're noticeably smaller...

So...for me...my filled/charged AIO's will remain on the table by my door...for when I'm headed O & A...

I got my Hana One yesterday. I ordered the black full kit.

I expected the plastic "presentation" box but was pleasantly surprised that it was in a zippered vape case.

I didn't have any trouble getting the battery part off but I tried to put it back on (without a battery) and it wouldn't go.

After putting a battery in, it went together much easier. It seems the battery pushes the connectors apart a bit.

I really like the vape from the dna board. This is my first dna mod.

I really bought it for the dna board because I have a few Cloupor boxes that it should fit into nicely (with some modifications) if/when the mod's plastic case breaks.

I tried to fire it by pushing below the button but it doesn't fire.

Overall, I don't regret buying it.

I've already come to the conclusion that I am going to break this thing. Actually I already have but I mean really break it. I just don't see it lasting. Time will tell.

I figure...$15.99 + $6 ship = $21.99 = 3 packs analogs = 2 days (for me) of smoking...

So...after 3 days of use I'm vaping my ONE for FREE...

Mine fires if you even look at the face plate:-x Much less pressure than I use on the button. I guess not all have this issue.

I'm sorry to hear that, Cap'n. Mine is not exhibiting that problem, tho it was ONE I worried about prior to getting it. I wonder if HanaModz would exchange it for you.

After 2 weeks now, I must say that I am still REALLY liking the little lightweight guy. I agree that "time will tell" on the durability (longevity), but meanwhile back at the vape farm, it's holding up well.

Pokes, I believe that the angst for opening up the ONE will subside, as I truly think with time it will loosen. I hold the two silver tabs and pull it apart, starting at the top.

For the battery box part, I use my handy dandy letter opener, and again, start at the tab on the top. Then I pry gently into the side tabs. Yes, they prolly WILL break in time.

This is the second device I own that has battery opening challenges, yet, I still prefer using them to any of the old skool stuff that was so easy. Trade offs, for sure, but none are deal breakers.

One of the reasons it's on closeout is because the tabs for the battery compartment breaks. I don't think Hana will do anything for you. I had a pinched display cable on my v200 ($210) and they did nothing for me. Evolv stepped up and offered to replace it for me but I asked them to just send a screen and they did.

I try to stay away from plastic and 3d printed mods because they're just not reliable and somewhat delicate. I did use a 3d printed mod for a DNA200 chip because mods weren't available at the time but I have since moved the chip to a Silo aluminum case. I would recommend a Lavabox M (DNA75) or VT75 if you want a sub $100 mod with an Evolv chip.

It is what it is ya' know. Not much ventured and not much lost. I do have a Sbody Macro by Vapor Shark that has a DNA40 and was only $59.99. I love it and am getting a second one next billing period.

Interesting...but no size (for the Mod) listed...

Wonder if it still has "auto-OFF at 15 minutes"...(like the original COV Mini Volt did)...a real deal breaker for me...

[I also wonder whether the COV Mini Volt V2 still has the "auto-OFF at 15 minutes"???]

With a teensy battery, I kinda like the auto off. I'd rather click a couple times to get a vape than find out I had drained my battery :)

Kinda fugly.

Anyone owns cuboid or vtc mini and also owns vt75? The DNA 75 seems requires more F to be on the same warmness of cuboid. I used 420f on cuboid and have to use 450-500 on DNA 75 to get the same feel... having said that the DNA 75 feels much smoother...

When I used ss316l at 0.63 ohm, need to bump it up to 500 on Hurricane. I used Kayfun 5 at 0.46 ohm and 450 would do it... just curious why do I have to go that high with DNA 75
