The tank overhanging the mod looks wrong. The other way doesn't...

If the Feral Guvmint passed a LAW that one could ONLY vape "size-matched" setups (ie. NO overhang and NO underhang)...looking at the 7 setups in my current Home Rotation...I'd only be able to use 2 of them...

I dunno know about Betts, but I was home, safe & sound, watching the hilarity emerge from Times Square, and the new LA hotspot, Grand Park. First time home in like 157 years!!!!!!!!

(I DID party like it was 2017 on KATURDAY nite tho...)

HA! I've got orange tips for it, but that's a one of a kind integrated Earlie tip. Dark, sweet, midnite blue, and just more gorgie than pics can show. <wub> And a very nice gift from a certain other Earl lover. :D

INTERESTING???

From an "e-cig deals" site...

I’m still regularly using a lot of the products I mentioned last year! Please keep in mind that this is all in the name of fun. Despite what some people may think, I don’t get loads of free products in the mail every day. I’m a consumer, just like you. Out of everything I’ve purchased this year, these just happen to be my personal favorites. I’m not saying they’re the BEST products on the market; in fact, everything on my list has its share of flaws. But, when you really like something, the flaws can be forgiven…right?

If you’re looking for a sleeper hit, here it is: The Digiflavor DF 60. This one came out the very last week of 2016, but close enough. It’s just a simple little 60w mod with a built-in battery, nothing too exciting. I just happen to love that top-mounted switch…I’ve always been a sucker for cool buttons =) Overall, it’s been an absolute joy to use. Interesting fact: the only setup I used every single day in 2017 was the Digiflavor DF 60 and an Aspire Nautilus 2.

It’s currently on sale for $15.99, but the price drops down to $15.19 when you apply coupon code “XMAS5” at checkout.

Digiflavor DF 60W OLED Screen 1700mah Capcity Mod Support Ni/Ti/SS/TCR/Watt Mode-Black

Honorable Mention: GeekVape Aegis. If you need a solid device that can really take a beating, this is it. I’m very impressed with the build quality of this thing. It’s both rugged and classy at the same time. Pair it up with your favorite single-coil atty, and I think you’ll have a winning combo. It has actually replaced my iStick Pico as my favorite on-the-go device.

Tank...Kanger T3S Clearomizer...

Mod...Vaporesso Target Mini...

..

I started and stayed with the "Tabac BCC" (later known as the T3 and upgraded to the T3S), once clearos became stable and went bottom coil - after abandoning the first top coil "Royal Smokers - E1 though E100 lol....hated the vivi novas :) Kanger's T2 (earlier known as Tabac CC) top coil wasn't that bad.

While I still have some T3S's, I switched to the Eleaf GS Air M and recently got the Nautilus X with the 4ml extension, mentioned in a more recent post. I'm liking the Naut X, but the extension chimney comes off 50% of the time for the top refilling. Not a big deal but I'm thinking about tightening it more once I do a coil change :)

Even though the T3S and the GS Air M were "virtually" leak free, there were times when the eliquid level was low, where you'd get some leaking. With the Nautilus X top air control, there is simply no way for the clearo to leak at the bottom. I suppose it could leak at the top but so far that has not been the case, whether it's straight up on sideways in a pocket.

Another thing I want to mention is that with the Kanger kbox Mini-C, it was stated that the colors were infused and there were a few posts about the black one which was also considered infused - it isn't. I'm getting some scratches on it. The 'space gray' - actually better looking, imo, than the black, and the silver show no scratches of 'discoloring'. Just FYI to those following those older posts on that. :) I have no info on the white or copper mods - suspect the copper is also infused but likely not the white.

For an internal batt mod - the Eleaf iStick TC40W has been great. That and a GS Air M would be a very good starting 'kit' for beginners, or for people who think they will exist past all the deeming stuff, and aren't into 18650 mods. I've stayed with the mini-C for those - as I've said before, they fit my hand and fist hold perfectly, as does the TC40W.

Update: tight link from coil to chimney, just finger tight for top fill part... solves all :)
