Little Rant about ordering on the internet

As a new vaper, I am quite excited to get, well, pretty much all mods out there!!
But, as I try to order from vendors both on and off ECF, I am finding it very difficult.
The problem is that I live in the Philippines where some vendors do not sell or ship to.
I've had no problems ordering from a few vendors ( 3 provaris, 1 VMod Xl, 2 REO MINIs, 1 REO Grand, 2 Vapemates, 1 Ultramax, and 1 Darwin) in the past two weeks.
I understand that these vendors need to protect themselves from scammers.
But, what about us legitimate buyers?
It's ironic that the same people who put vaping at the forefront of an all out attack against something as bad as cigarette smoking are also the same people preventing us former smokers to have a choice.
And, yes, I understand that I can take my business elsewhere but, what do you do when something as ubiquitous as a lava tube can't be bought anywhere by someone like me who is trying out everything, as evidenced by my shopping spree?? Makes the whole "e-cigs are better for you" campaign look ridiculous.

Yes, there are members here that have helped since I posted this thread and I am forever grateful!
And, no, I never considered that because I felt it would be too much of an imposition on others.

I had a great experience with Health Cabin out of China. They have a great selection of cartomizers, atomizers, accessories and juices but not much in the way of PVs or mods. My order got to the me US in 9 days. I have to vbelieve that it would be even faster to you.

hello jp. you are now 1 of my idols. hehe. im from the philippines too. and yes it is really HARD to find great mods here. from Cebu actually. i got all my mods from resellers from manila, bacolod, iligan. i look at it this way. in search for my perfect vape i need to try out lots of stuff. from atty's to mods. to higher voltage. to wattage and so on. all i have tried is dual coil cartos, lr 510 bridgeless atty's, lr 306 and pinoy made rebuildable atty's. mods are a provari, reo grand a pinoy tube mod and an ego. just recently bought a ggts, ufs and megalodon. and been looking at the classies here and seeing jp buying all of the gg stuff... im literally drooling. so anyway just lately some pinoys are scamming lots of companies. and it really affects legit buyers here. now im looking for hassle free debit cards so at least the seller is more protected rather than CC. im even open to pay via western union at least the cash is recieved instantly. so still in search for my perfect vape. im still hunting for an ody. or maybe a line or a g tank. i lined up for an RTA but its still in the works by clockworks. lol. i think im ranting... sorry for that. just frustrating when you want to buy stuff and cant do anything about it. and if ever you got extra items for sale jp you can msg me here or pm me....

ohh and for health cabin. i orderd some stuff and still didnt get the items. its still in customs waiting to be billed. lol. not health cabins fault by the way. just super slow here in our country...

Also, some specific sellers here restrict their sales to CONUS only or insert country here only.
*if I never see those words again it would be too soon*
We are a small community of vapers, people. If I had something to sell, it would be worldwide.
My reasoning is this; More vaping products around the world, more vapers. More vapers, less
stupid legislation around the world.
And, all you have to do is tell the buyer he pays for trackable shipping. Simple. If the buyer
says no, then sell it to someone else.
Also, you're helping out a fellow vaper in your small vaping community even if
he/she is from another country.
To me, that's the most important part along with stopping bad legislation.

Yes. I offer to pay both shipping and paypal fees and they are usually ok with it.
Most are quite shocked that it was easy for them to do.
Others, well, let's just say they don't like to sell to other countries and nationalities.
