what is taking so long garrr i am finding my self playing mmorpg (perfect world international) to fund my ability to send messages to the entire server and troll them since ecf chat is down :'( i don't wanna troll people playing an mmorpg i want to chat with AaronY and not have to type out his whole name (shoosh no one saw me spell AaronY's name wrong)

Well, it looks like the server is up but no ircd running. It's responding to pings, but refusing IRC connections.. Hopefully that's a good sign!
UPDATE: We have migrated to the new server and I am just waiting on DNS records to get updated. In the meantime, if you want to connect to the new server now, please change irc.e-cigarette-forum.com to ecf.ddns.net on your server list if you are using a client. You can also use this link via Mibbit: HERE
