I reckon an e-lite cartomiser holds about between 1 & 1 & a half ml. Most folks average getting through about 5ml a day of e-liquid - hence why there is no way that e-lite "tips" as they call them, are equivalent to 40 real cigs - more like 10 at best.
wow I thought because i was thinking why i use one e-tip equivalent of 40 cigs a day when i used to only smoke 10-15 real cigs a day now your figures does make sense.
Does everyone agrees for this kit as starter The VE Riva 1100 Deluxe Kit £34.95 - Deluxe Vaping Kits - Riva 1100 Kit Electronic Cigarettes | Vaping Devices | Accessories | E-Liquid also i know this will be a silly question and many people have asked this before but is e-liquids are safe to buy from any site or just ones are famous like vapeescape.co.uk?
Thanks guys you have been a great help.

That's a very good kit from a very good vendor. Don't forget to use discount code ECF10 for 10% off. (I think that code helps this forum as well as the buyer).

I'd say that e-liquids are safe to buy from most sites, but some of the extremely cheap sites would be worth checking out first.

Free-remo, if the e-liquid is too strong for you, you can cut it with pure glycerine. It will however, cut the flavour as well. You can buy small bottles of glycerine from the baking section of most supermarket or a larger bottle from most chemists :)

If you need any help with the Riva kit it's self, there is a brilliant step by step guide for it here -

Probably from the high amount of nicotine.
I also when I switched over from prefilleds to refilling & clearos.
I was vaping about double as before.
If you want less sweet tobacco flavors.
Order the tobacco sampler from Halo.
Or put together your own juice sampler pack from Johnson Creek.
They both include nice decorative storage tins too.
The real culprit may just be dehydration.
I'm not much for drinking water.
But Gatorade or Powerade seem to work.
Also check the suppliers forum on here.
Smaller vendors are aggressive in finding new business.
They will usually send you a free juice sample.
They offer good advice on the best VG/PG and flavor ratios
Vapor Joe from Ivape keeps a useful blog.
He always knows the best deals on everything.
Props to him for hooking me up with FastTech.
