I can tell the difference between cool carts and non cool carts. The peach flavor is marked cool carts but is not any different than the old carts. The peach cobbler are cool carts if they are wrapped in plastic and in a larger box.

I did hear back from Jim at support and he offered to fix this for me.

I think the cool carts are filled with a waxy liquid that releases slower and holds the flavor better. They last longer and tend not to burn at the end.

I am not sure why some old style carts are being marked as cool carts but I can definitely tell the difference.

I think v4l may be going through some growing pains right now.

Also, people need to join the family program if they want to use family codes. Hopefully v4l will get the programming in place to protect this program.

keyz...I believe the premiums and the Wow carts are the same.

PS: See Wader's explanation above. Clear as mud, is right. The old premium "juice" are now the cools carts,
although the old premium carts are now the Wow carts. Whatever. I stick to my way of telling the difference...
measure them against each other..the taller ones are the Cool Carts.

Historically, Premiums could be either CoolCart or Wowcart. These were differentiated form the Regular Carts of olden times.
The Premiums were then split up into the CoolCart and Wow lines. The Regular carts have phased out. We no longer use the terminology "Premium" Cart. You will see the Juices for the CoolCarts referred to as Premium Juices, however. So, if anything, Premium refers to CoolCarts these days.

WowCarts are obviously filled with Wow Juice.
CoolCarts are filled with Premium Juice.

Clear as mud?

Why don't we just have Shortcarts and Tallcarts? If they aren't short, they're tall... That's not confusing.

Then tell everyone the difference, specifically, without any more Wow Cool Premium Regular Ex-regular etc. muddle?

Not that that would work. Because I THINK that there are subcategories due to inventory batching. I'm sure that we'll soon have those cartos that hold 70 drops (they are out there) so that my daughter and I can resume our "how many drops can you get in using YOUR absurd, obsolete and irrational method?" contest.

OK, I have it now.

You have your cool carts that used to be premium carts and were wrapped but now they aren't.

Then you have your WOW carts that were never anything before, they just are. Wader said they were split up but I have to tell you I split a premium and a cool cart, which used to be wrapped and now they aren't, and I didn't get a WOW cart.

WOW carts are filled with WOW juice, hence the name WOW cart.

Cool carts, that used to be premium carts and were wrapped but now they aren't, are filled with premium juice, hence the name............heh, heh.

So if I take a cool cart, which used to be a premium cart, and was wrapped and now it isn't and put WOW peppermint juice in it I get a WOW cart. (Yeah like you can get peppermint).

See if you just take it one step at a time you arrive at a logical conclusion.
