I just got my first 650 batt to make my mega more compact and it worked initially, but after charging all night it died within minutes. Then I charged it again, same thing. After that I decided to 5-click lock it before charging as a last resort to try it. It worked...I think. Has anyone heard of this or did my batt just "decide" to start working on its own? The green light STILL never comes on but I've been using it for hours today with no issues.

Could you have accidentally locked it before that first bad charge and really unlocked for the last working charge? I've had that happen to me before :) just watch the batt closely the next few times and if it is defective contact the company u bought it from :) They should be more than happy to replace it for you. Back ups are a necessity in vaping, always keep a few extras for ER reasons.

Never occurred to me. I always charge them unlocked, then lock them before putting them in my little vape case where I have 3 extras that I rotate through. No problems ever; I get great battery life. Good luck, and welcome to ECF.

EDIT: Hmm... Reread your post. The green light should come on in an hour or two. Yeah, I believe I'd contact the seller and ask them.

The charger works fine with my 900 batts...I'm just confused, but I ordered another charger and 2 more batts so I guess we'll see what happens. As of rt now I'm just glad this thing works. I'd just rather not have to carry around my 6"+ PV in public, it's a little excessive. Have to say, the Mega w/Cylinder Atty and a 650 battery is a NICE size unit, I like it
