Well, you started off with him a little wrong. It should've been this:
Seriously, though. I'm never a fan of removing all temptation from kids. They have to learn, and have to have some sort of punishment when they're young. But when they get to be teenagers, all bets are off on that kind of stuff. No matter how well you raised them, they have friends you didn't raise. Mine never, their entire lives, knew where my guns were. I put a lock on the liquor cabinet when my oldest was probably 15 (even though I got drunk the first time at 13). Anything else of the kind was locked away or securely hidden.
You don't mention if you diy, but if so, there's sound advice above. You don't mention your gear, but if you have enough that you wouldn't miss any if taken, I'd lock it up. If you just have a couple of devices with average commercial juices, well...there are worse things he can get his hands on. Depends on you & your kid. I mean, I never locked up my cigarettes. Or beer. But I knew how much I had and where it was. And (sort of) knew how to deal with my sons if any was missing.
I did tell him starting a year ago that he's not to touch any of it and that just touching the juice Imightwill kill him.
