Logic on the Super Quick Survey is broken somewhere

I can't complete the survey; hitting next on page 2 brings me back to page 1.

Answers are:

Yes, I am a current vaper
No, I do not smoke
Consume 5-6ml/day
Zero Nicotine
Yes, rebuild

Hitting Next from that point returns me to the beginning.

Hope this helps, I know SurveyMonkey can be a pain.

I got "the 5 questions" on the first page, hit next, and it thanked me for participating in the survey. Is/was there supposed to be more? I thought it was kinda short - but it told me I was done.

Will try it again - for those of us who closed the yellow box we need a link - but I've never had a glitch with the survey place you are using before.
