The nicotine content is predictable.
The nicotine yield is harder to establish but there's a stack of anecdotal evidence.
We do know that no single cartomizer can possibly provide 40 cigarettes in yield which is the first and 'original sin' of the greedy and lying brands that ruin this industry for an unacceptable amount of new users.
A few of us established that to the user (a brand that was charging 7 dollars per cartomizer) was giving more than likely less than 10 cigarettes in satisfaction and nicotine. When some of us stood up and called them to account for this deceit, we were threatened by the lawyers. Yep... That still hurts.

Off topic but related, here is a charger for logic so in theory you would only need to replace your cartridges until your battery can no longer take a charge.

I thought Logic already sold a set with a charger included. They also had 5 packs of cartridges for it. It was at my 7 11, and I looked at it when I first started out on Vuse. Maybe they don't still offer it.
