And here's the coolest part: I doubt there are more than a handful of sales lost to clones. I think there are very few people who will look for a clone, not find one, and then purchase the original.
However, the whole ECF thing bugs a lot of people, not just you. It is all quite unnecessary.
The only thing you should worry about is that you sell everything you make, and that you keep innovating*. The rest - what is being cloned, who is selling the clones and where they are selling them - ignore it, that is just noise.
